The Rock split its team with some distance runners and throwers traveling to Lock Haven University and the majority of the rest of the squad traveling to Windber High School in Johnstown for a meet hosted by Pitt-Johnstown.

Saturday's competitions marked the final chance for SRU athletes to improve their season bests before the PSAC Championship field will be selected Monday. Only the top 16 declared performances in each event will be accepted to the PSAC meet this spring.
