In the closing minutes of the first half, Slippery Rock knotted the score when Rachel Edge beat Indiana goalkeeper Madeline Smakulski to tie the game, 1-1.

The Crimson Hawks' Willis registered another goal in the 81st minute off an assist by Carley Donia to make it a 2-1 IUP advantage.
