INDIANA, Pa. -- Sophomore forward Maron Brown and senior point guard Kyle Camper each recorded a "double-double" Saturday night to lead The Rock effort in a 94-78 loss at Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference-Western Division co-leader Indiana (Pa.).

Brown (pictured above) finished the game with a team-high 25 points and 16 rebounds to chalk up his sixth "double-double" of the season, while Camper added 13 points and 11 assists for his second "double-double."

Junior guard Maurice Douglas chipped in 16 points and senior forward Denell Stephens contributed 11 points for the Green and White, who saw their season records fall to 12-7 overall and 3-3 in PSAC-West action.

Indiana improved its season record to 16-3 overall, 6-1 against division rivals.

The teams traded leads throughout the first 24 minutes of action before Indiana assumed control of the action.

The Crimson Hawks held a 41-39 edge at the intermission after the score was tied six times and the lead changed hands nine times in the opening 20 minutes.

Five lead changes and one tie later, Indiana took the lead for good at 50-49 with 16 minutes left in the game. With one brief exception when The Rock trimmed the margin to nine points, the hosts held a double-digit lead throughout the final 10 minutes of action. The largest margin was a 17-point difference with just less than a minute left.

The winners enjoyed a lights-out shooting night as they finished with a 58.9% (33 of 56) efficiency from the field, hit eight of 12 shots from 3-point range and canned 71.4% (20 of 28) of their free throws.

The Rock, on the other hand, shot a respectable 41.7% (30 of 72) from the field, was an icy 19.4% (7 og 36) from beyond the arc and made a chilly 52.4% (11 of 21)  from the foul line.

SRU held a slim 39-38 edge in rebounds and each team committed 11 turnovers.

The Rock returns to action Wednesday night, when it will host California (Pa.) in an 8 p.m. game in Morrow Field House.

That game will be the first of three straight home games for the Green and White and will be part of SRU's "Green Out Night" event, for which Rock fans are urged to wear green apparel.

The SGA Bookstore in the SRU University Union is selling special "Green Out Night" t-shirts for $7.
