Bailey was named the Most Outstanding Track Athlete of the PSAC Indoor Track and Field Championships after breaking her own PSAC Championship record in the 200m to win in 24.84 seconds for her second straight win in the event. She was even more impressive in the 400-meter final, winning by nearly two full seconds in a provisional time of 56.69 seconds. She then closed her day by anchoring Slippery Rock to a second place finish in the 4x400-meter relay after running the fastest split of all runners in the race.
