Kristina Goyak joined the Slippery Rock University staff during the 2025-26 academic year as an accountant and business analyst.
In her role at SRU, Goyak is involved with the financial planning for Athletics and handles the accounting for the business operations of the Athletics Department.
She came to Slippery Rock after spending three years as a senior reconciliation analyst at BNY Mellon in Pittsburgh. Prior to that, she worked as a business development coordinator at Chill Out Beverage Company and did internships in finance and accounting at Northwestern Mutual and at McGill, Power, Bell & Associates.
Goyak earned her undergraduate degree in accounting and economics from Gannon University and added a master's in business administration from Gannon as well. She was a member of the Gannon softball team and was a PSAC Scholar-Athlete.
In addition to her role at SRU, Goyak also volunteers as an assistant basketball coach in the Moniteau School District.
