Personal: Daughter of Linda and Mark Case … majoring in biology.

2013 (Outdoor): Placed first at the PSAC Outdoor Track & Field Championships in the 10,000-meter (36:12.24) ... went on to the NCAA Division II Outdoor Championship and placed 21st in the 5,000-meter with a time of 18:20.37.

2012-13 (Indoor): Finished in 2nd in the 5,000-meter (17:22.8) and 3rd in the 3,000-meter (10:06.92) at the PSAC Championships...recoreded a personal best time in the mile (5:07.74) at the Youngstown State Invitational...competed at the Kent State Golden Flash Gala in the 3,000-meter with a time of 10:11.34.

2012 (XC): Had three first-place finishes this season (Mack Cooper, Lock Haven Qualifier, Slippery Rock Invitational) ... competed at the PSAC Championship and placed 12th with a time of 22:49.6 ... went on to compete at the NCAA DII Atlantic Region XC Championship and placed 4th (21:07.2) ... concluded season at the 2012 NCAA Division II Cross Country Championship with a 64th place finish (21:47.3).

2012 (Outdoor): Qualified for the PSAC Outdoor Track & Field Championship in the 3,000-meter and the 10,000-meter ... came in 5th place in the 3,000m (10:06.92) and 1st place in the 10,000m (36:22.76).

2011-12 (Indoor): Earned All-PSAC honors with a third-place finish in the 5,000-meter run (17:39.02) at the conference championships … also competed in the 3,000-meter run at the PSAC Championships, placing ninth with a time of 10:09.94 … finished in fourth place in the 5,000-meter run at both the NCAA D-II Team Challenge (17:45.51) and at the KSU Golden Flash Gala (18:31.17) … clocked a time of 10:30.76 to come in third place in the 3,000-meters at the YSU Invite.

2011 (XC): Earned All-Region honors after placing 12th at the NCAA Atlantic Regional Championships with a time of 22:54 ... was recognized as an All-PSAC athlete after finishing the conference championships in 21:24.4 and placing seventh ... posted a second-place finish (22:15:80) at the Lock Haven Invitational ... recorded a sixth-place showing (22:46.0) at the SRU Invite ... began season with back-to-back top-10 showings at the Alaska Anchorage dual meet (sixth place/19:02.2) and the Mack Cooper Classic (fifth place/23:26.0).

2011 (Outdoor): Qualified for the PSAC Championships in the 5,000-meter run (11th / 18:13.47) and the 1,500-meter run (20th / 4:55.56) … started season with a fourth-place finish in the 1,500-meter run at the Coastal Carolina Invitational (4:54.39) and seventh at the SRU Invitational (5:18.22).

2010-11 (Indoor): Qualified for the PSAC Championships in the 3,000-meter run (24th place / 10:40.84) and the mile (18th / 5:15.92) … won the 3,000-meters at the BW Mid February Meet (10:44.19).

2010 (XC): Earned USTFCCCA All-Academic honors … was The Rock’s third finisher at the PSAC Championships (22nd place / 23:38) and the Atlantic Regional Championships (30th place / 23:45.6) … was SRU’s second finisher at the PSU Invitational … placed 15th at the SRU Invitational (24:11.1) … came in ninth place in first race at SRU at the SRU Quad Meet (24:53.5).

Before The Rock: Competed on the cross country and indoor track and field teams at Miami University (Ohio) in 2009.

High School: Lettered four times in cross country and swimming, three times in track and field and twice in softball … was captain of cross country team twice and track team once ... set school records in the 5K (19:32), the 3200m (11:42) and the 1600m (5:13) ... also helped set the school and league record in the 4x800m relay (9:44) ... named All-Inter-Tri County League (ITCL) in cross country and track all four years, as well as All-Columbiana County all four years in both sports ... earned all-state honors as a senior in cross country ... led cross country team to an ITCL championship as a senior ... as member of 4x800m relay team, won ITCL and district titles ... also earned four letters in swimming, serving two years as a captain, and played softball (pitcher) two years, earning one letter ... named a national scholar-athlete and Academic All-Ohio … a member of the National Honor Society.
