2025 (Outdoor): Competed at seven meets … Garnered USTFCCCA All-Region honors in both the 100-meters and 4x100-meter relay … Named to the CSC Academic All-District Team … Amassed an impeccable 30 points at the PSAC Championships after running a leg on SRU’s conference champion 4x100-meter relay team (46.31) in addition to earning three more All-PSAC citations by finishing second in the 100-meters at 11.90 seconds, third in the 200-meters following a school-record time of 24.46 seconds in the finals and third as a member of The Rock’s third-place 4x400-meter relay team (3:53.41) … Season-best 100-meter time of 11.73 seconds came in the prelims at the conference meet … Also qualified for the PSAC Championships in the long jump, placing 10th with a mark of 5.37 meters … Opened season by running a leg on The Rock’s first-place 4x100-meter relay team at the Ed Fry Invitational (48.17) … Registered wins in the 100-meters (12.06) and as a member of the 4x100-meter relay team (47.12) at the Dave Labor Invitational to go with a second-place showing in the 200-meters (25.03) … Compiled two more wins at the John Papa Invitational in the 100-meters (11.86) and with the 4x100-meter relay team (46.77) … Hit a season-long distance in the long jump of 5.66 meters to place fourth at the Kaiser Classic … Tabbed the PSAC Outdoor Track Athlete of the Week on one occasion ... Named to USTFCCCA All-Academic Team ... A PSAC Scholar-Athlete.

2025 (Indoor): Competed at seven meets … A USTFCCCA All-Region performer in both the 60-meters and 200-meters … Named the PSAC Championship Track MVP after totaling 25 points for SRU at the conference meet … Won conference titles in both the 60-meters (7.51 seconds) and the 200-meters with a school-record finish in 24.84 seconds in addition to running a leg on The Rock’s fourth-place 4x400-meter relay team and placing 14th in the long jump (5.19 meters) at the PSAC Championships … Ran a school-record 60-meter time of 7.50 seconds in the prelims at the PSAC Championships while top 200-meter time came in the conference championship finals … Earned a pair of wins in the 200-meters (25.27 seconds) and the long jump (5.48 meters) at the Mount Union Tune-Up … Hit a mark of 5.65 meters to win the long jump at the Ashland Invitational as well as placing third in the 60-meters (7.67) … Won the 60-meters at the SPIRE Indoor Games after clocking a time of 7.68 seconds in the finals … Produced four top-10 finishes at the Jud Logan Light Giver Invitational, placing second in the 60-meters (7.64 seconds), fifth in the long jump (5.46 meters), eighth in the 200-meters (25.29 seconds) and seventh as a member of The Rock’s 4x400-meter relay team (3:58.22) … Named the PSAC Track Athlete of the Week once.

2024 (Outdoor): Competed at six meets primarily in the sprints and long jump … Earned USTFCCCA All-Region honors in both the 100-meters and as a member of The Rock’s 4x100-meter relay team … Qualified for the PSAC Championships in three events, placing 10th in the 100-meters (12.45 seconds / 10th place), the 200-meters (25.61 seconds / 11th) and the long jump (11th / 5.34 meters) … Also earned a pair of all-conference accolades after helping SRU to second-place finishes at the PSAC Championships in both the 4x100-meter relay (46.30 seconds) and the 4x400-meter relay (3:52.08) … Set two program records at the Ashland Alumni Open, breaking The Rock’s top 100-meter time after clocking a 11.71 second race in addition to running a leg on SRU’s 4x100-meter relay team which posted a 46.28 second performance … Registered four wins at the John Papa Invite in the 100-meters (11.99 seconds) and the long jump (5.71 meters) in addition to victories with the 4x100 (46.93) and the 4x400 (3:53.87) relay teams … Long jump mark at the Papa Invite was a season-best … Also earned 100-meter wins at the Dave Labor Invite (12.05) and the Carnegie Mellon Invitational (12.32) … Named the PSAC Track Athlete of the Week once … A PSAC Scholar-Athlete and USTFCCCA All-Academic honoree.

2024 (Indoor): Competed at seven meets primarily in the 60-meters, 200-meters and the long jump … A USTFCCCA All-Region performer in the long jump … Qualified for the PSAC Championships in all three events – placing fifth in the 60-meters (7.73 seconds), sixth in the 200-meters (25.78 seconds) and 18th in the long jump (4.80 meters) … Best 200-meter time came at the conference championships … Opened year by running a season-best 60-meter time of 7.65 seconds to place fourth at the YSU Icebreaker while also finishing 13th in the long jump (5.29 meters) and 17th in the 200-meters (25.91 seconds) … Took second in the long jump at the Jud Logan Memorial with a 5.51-meter leap … Posted a mark of 5.52 meters to win the long jump at the Ashland Invitational … Registered three wins at the Mount Union Wuske Open, taking victories in the 60-meters (7.76 seconds), the 200-meters (26.03 seconds) and as a member of The Rock’s 4x400-meter relay team (4:09.29) … Earned two top-10 finishes at the SPIRE Indoor Games in final preparation for the PSAC Championships,  placing fourth in the 60-meters (7.68 seconds) and sixth in the long jump with a season-high mark of 5.63 meters … Named the PSAC Field Athlete of the Week once.

2023 (Outdoor): Competed at eight meets … Earned All-PSAC honors as a member of The Rock’s 4x100-meter relay team that placed second at the conference championships with a time of 46.90 seconds … Also qualified for the PSAC Championships in three individual events, placing fifth in the 100-meters following a season-best time of 12.06 seconds as well as 13th in the 200-meters (25.53 seconds) and 15th in the long jump (5.13 meters) … Began outdoor season by recording top long jump mark of the season of 5.44 meters to place fifth at the Dave Labor Invitational … Completed the 200-meters at the Bison Classic in a season-best time of 25.20 seconds (19th) … Won the 200-meters at the Grove City Invitational in 25.68 seconds in addition to placing fourth in the long jump (5.31 meters) and helping SRU’s 4x100-meter relay team to a victory in 47.77 seconds … Was also a member of SRU’s 4x100-meter relay teams that won at the Dave Labor Invitational (47.47), the John Papa Invite (47.58) and the Westminster Invitational (48.02).

2023 (Indoor): Competed at six meets … Qualified for the PSAC Championships in the 60-meters, the 200-meters and the long jump … Just missed out on all-conference honors after placing fourth at the league championships with a season-high mark of 5.68 meters … Also placed seventh at the PSAC Championships in the 60-meters with a season-best time of 7.77 seconds in addition to finishing 10th in the 200-meters at a personal-best time of the year of 26.04 seconds … Opened season at the YSU Icebreaker, placing fourth in the long jump (5.55 meters), 12th in the 60-meters (7.79 seconds) and 22nd in the 200-meters (26.35 seconds) … Finished fifth in the 200-meters at the Jim Wuske Open … Posted three second-place finishes at the Mount Union Tune-Up in the 60-meters (7.82 seconds), the 200-meters (26.22 seconds) and the long jump (5.34 meters) ... A PSAC Scholar-Athlete. 

2022 (Outdoor): Competed at six meets … Qualified for the PSAC Championships in both the 100-meters and long jump … Placed seventh in the long jump at the conference championships with a mark of 5.34 meters while finishing 12th in the 100-meter prelims with a season-best time of 12.61 seconds … Also helped The Rock’s 4x100-meter relay team to a sixth-place finish at the PSAC Championships … Season-high mark in the long jump of 5.35 meters came at the Red Flash Open as part of a third-place finish … Also placed fifth in the 100-meters at the Red Flash Open in 12.64 seconds … Helped SRU’s 4x100-meter relay team to a victory in addition to placing fifth in the long jump (5.14) at the Dave Labor Invitational ... PSAC Scholar Athlete. 
 
2022 (Indoor): Competed at seven meets … Qualified for the PSAC Championships in both the 60-meters and long jump … Just missed out on earning All-PSAC honors in the 60-meters, finishing fourth at the conference meet in 7.88 seconds … Ran the 60-meter prelims at the PSAC Championships in a season-best time of 7.87 seconds … Finished sixth in the long jump at the conference championship via a season-high mark of 5.35 meters … Also broke eight seconds in the 60-meters at the YSU Invite, placing sixth at 7.94 seconds … Registered a pair of second-place finishes at the Edinboro Invite in the 60-meters (8.02) and the long jump (5.23 meters).

2021 (Outdoor): Competed at eight meets in the 100-meters, 200-meters, long jump and as a member of The Rock’s 4x100-meter relay team … Qualified for the PSAC Championships in the 100-meters, 200-meters, long jump and as a member of SRU’s 4x100-meter relay team … Helped guide SRU’s 4x100-meter relay team to a fourth place (48.35 seconds) showing at the conference championships … Also turned in a pair of 10th-place showings at the PSAC Championships in the long jump (5.21 meters) and the 100-meters (12.58 seconds) in addition to placing 14th in the 200-meters (26.36 seconds) … Times in the 100-meters and 200-meters at the conference championships were season-bests … Season-best mark in the long jump was 5.39 meters at the Dave Labor Invitational, which was good enough for a third-place finish … Also finished fifth in the 100-meters (12.77w seconds) and 10th in the 200-meters (27.84 seconds) at the Dave Labor Invitational … Opened year with four top-five showings at the Carnegie Mellon Invitational, placing second in the 200-meters (26.44 seconds), second as part of the 4x100-meter relay team (49.26 seconds), third in the 100-meters (12.69 seconds) and fifth in the long jump (5.17 meters) … Helped to lead SRU’s 4x100-meter relay team to a victory at the IUP Invitational (48.21 seconds) while placing sixth individually in the 100-meters (12.71 seconds) … Was also on the winning 4x100-meter relay team (48.89 seconds) at the Bill Lennox Invitational all the while placing fourth in the long jump (5.09 meters) and eighth in the 100-meters (12.73 seconds) … Posted a pair of second-place finishes at the SRU Invitational in the 200-meters (26.27w seconds) and the long jump (5.25 meters) … Won the long jump at the Penn State Behrend Invitational with a mark of 5.30 meters to go with a second-place finish in the 100-meters (12.94w seconds) and a third-place showing in the 200-meters (26.78 seconds) … In final prep for PSAC Championships, placed fourth in both the 100-meters (12.73 seconds) and the 200-meters (25.67w seconds) at the Mountain Cat Last Chance Meet ... PSAC Scholar Athlete. 

High School: Lettered five times in track & field at Falconer Central … Named the Jamestown Cycle Shop Most Outstanding Female Field Athlete twice (2018, 2019) … Earned Most Outstanding Track Athlete honors at the Golden Falcon Track Invitational in 2018 … Was a state qualifier in 2019 and sectional qualifier from 2014 – 2019 … Won sectional titles in the long jump and triple jump in 2019 … A five-time New York State Scholar-Athlete … Was also a gifted gymnast …. The 2020 NYS Scholarship recipient for Academic Excellence … Falconer Central valedictorian for the class of 2020.
