2012-13 (Indoor): Started off the season with an 8th place finish in the 3,000-meters (12:47.68) at the Youngstown State Invitational...competed at the NCAA D-II Team Challenge in the 3,000-meters (38th place, 13:18.15)...finished in 19th at the BWU Mid-February Meet (5:53.55).
2012 (XC): Competed at two meets ... finished 83rd at the Mack Cooper Classic with a time of 29:04.8 ... and finished 132nd at the Lock Haven XC Qualifier with a time of 29:07.2.
2012 (Outdoor): Finished within the top-ten at five meets in the 3,000-meter Steeple ... 9th at the at the W&J Invitational (13:05.05) ... 2nd at the Slippery Rock Open (13:09.11) ... 3rd at the Dave Labor Invitational (13:15.55) ... 7th at the Ed Fry Invitational (13:01.70) ... and 4th at the Ashland University Alumni Open (12:55.87; a personal best).
2011-12 (Indoor): Competed in the 3,000-meter run at three meets … top finish of the season was a sixth-place showing at the Youngstown State Icebreaker (12:33.26).
2011 (XC): Started season by placing 39th (26:35.0) at the SRU-Alaska Anchorage dual meet ... clocked a time of 31:06.4 and placed 90th at the Mack Cooper Classic ... took home 54th place (30:24.3) at the Mercyhurst/Gannon Invitational ... ended season with finishes of 92nd (28:01.00) and 146th (31:13.0) at the Lock Haven Invite and the Slippery Rock Invitational.
2010-11 (Outdoor): Competed in both the 1,500-meter run and the 3,000-meter Steeple Chase … won the steeplechase at the Ed Fry Invitational (13:13.48) … ran a season-best time of 5:47.10 in the 1,500 at the Costal Carolina Invitational ... PSAC-Scholar Athlete
2010-11 (Indoor): Did not compete during the indoor season.
2010 (XC): Ran in three races as a freshman … placed 105th to begin the season at the Seagull Invitational … ran the SRU Invitational in 30:25.1 to place 133rd … best finish of the season was a 80th-place showing at the Mercyhurst Invitational (31.06.4).
High School: Lettered four times in cross country and track and field … lettered twice in basketball … a part of West Middlesex’s 2009 Region I track championship team … finished 112th at the 2009 PIAA Cross Country Championships.
