2024 (Indoor): Competed in the 3,000-meters at three meets … Ran a season-best time of 11:34.28 at the SPIRE Indoor Games … Opened year by posting a 11:43.74 race at the Mount Union Wuske Open en route to an 11th-place finish … Also completed the 3,000-meters at the YSU Mid-Major Invite in 12:49.53.
2023 (XC): Competed in five of seven meets … Helped to lead The Rock to a fifth-place team showing as SRU’s third finisher at the Lock Haven Invitational “White” race following a season-best 6,000-meter course time of 25:10.2 which resulted in a 43rd place finish individually out of a field of 168 runners … Also ran the 6,000-meter course at the Bill Lennox Invitational in 26:19 to place 77th before closing season at the PSAC Championships with a time of 27:23.9 … Began year by taking part in two 5,000-meter course races at the Panther Opener (22:54.4) and the Robert Morris Colonial Invitational (22:44.65).
