2012 (Outdoor): Did not compete during outdoor season.

2011-12 (Indoor): Did not compete during indoor season.

2011 (XC): Placed 36th (25:12.7) at the Alaska Anchorage dual meet to start season.

2010-11 (Outdoor): Competed exclusively in the 800-meter run … placed fifth at the SRU Tri Meet with a time of 2:40.66 … top time of outdoor season came at the Bill Van Horne Invitational (2:36.77).

2010-11 (Indoor): Raced in the 800-meter run at two competitions … began Rock career with a seventh-place finish at the BW Mid-February Meet (2:36.19) … also ran at the KSU Tune-Up (43rd / 2:36.48).

High School: Lettered four times in both cross country and track and field … earned Region 4 All-Star accolades in cross country as a senior.
