2025 (Outdoor): Competed at eight meets … Qualified for the PSAC Championships in the heptathlon, placing 16th with a season-high 3,361 points … Recorded season-bests in the 100-meter hurdles (18.36 seconds), the high jump (1.36 meters), the 200-meters (26.44 seconds) and the javelin (17.17 meters) during the heptathlon at the conference championships … Also took part in the heptathlon at the River Hawk Multi (seventh / 3,079 points) and the Weaver Invite (11th / 2,813 points) … Season-best 800-meter time of 2:38.32 came during the heptathlon at the River Hawk Multi.

2025 (Indoor): Competed at seven meets … Qualified for the PSAC Championships in the pentathlon, placing 13th with a season-high 2,320 points … Also took part in the pentathlon at the Jud Logan Light Giver Invitational (2,251 / 32nd) and the Susquehanna Early Season Multi Invite (2,122 / 13th) … Placed sixth in the long jump at the Mount Union Tune-Up with a mark of 5.10 meters.

2023 (Outdoor): Competed at seven meets primarily in the 200-meters and long jump … Top 200-meter time of season was 27.83 seconds, resulting in a 13th-place showing at the SRU Last Chance Meet … Hit season-best long jump mark of 4.75 meters at the Mountaineer Twilight Meet (16th) … Registered 4.74 long jump marks at both the SRU Last Chance Meet (10th) and the Dave Labor Invitational (24th) … Also ran the 100-meters in 14.13 seconds at the Myrtle Beach Collegiate Challenge and the 400-meters in 1:07.86 at the Shamrock Invitational to open the season.

2023 (Indoor): Took part in the 200-meters and long jump at two meets … Opened year at the YSU Invitational by running the 200-meters in 28.86 seconds and producing a 4.50 meter showing in the long jump … Final competition of the season came at the Jim Wuske Open, resulting in a season-best mark in the long jump of 4.65 meters to finish in 23rd place in addition to clocking a 200-meter time of 28.93 seconds ... A PSAC Scholar-Athlete. 

High School: Lettered four years in track and field and two years in basketball at Blue Mountain High School.
