2024 (Indoor): Competed at two meets … Took part in three events to start season at the YSU Icebreaker, running the 200-meters (26.96 seconds / 40th place) and the 400-meters (1:03.56 / 41st) in addition to completing a leg for The Rock’s 4x400-meter relay team that took sixth in 4:07.51 … Concluded year by posting a 1:05.71 400-meter time at the Jud Logan Memorial en route to a 23rd-place finish.

2023 (Outdoor): Competed at 10 meets … Earned All-PSAC honors as a member of The Rock’s 4x100-meter relay team that placed second at the conference championships with finals time of 46.90 seconds … Also qualified for the PSAC Championships in the 200-meters, placing 16th with a prelim time of 25.88 seconds … Finished in second place in the 200-meters at the SRU Last Chance Meet with a season-best time of 25.42 seconds … Placed second in both the 100-meters (12.69) and the 200-meters (25.80) at the Grove City Invitational … Posted a second-place showing in the 200-meters at the Mountaineer Twilight Meet following a race of 26.18 seconds … Helped The Rock to 4x100-meter relay wins at the Dave Labor Invitational (47.47), the John Papa Invite (47.58), the Grove City Invitational (47.77) and the Westminster Invitational (48.02).

2023 (Indoor): Competed at seven meets in the 60-meters, 200-meters, 400-meters and in various relay races … Qualified for the PSAC Championships in the 200-meters placing 15th following a 26.27 prelim time … Won the 200-meters at the Mount Union Tune-Up with a season-best time of 26.15 seconds … Also posted top 60-meter time of 8.22 seconds at Mount Union to place 17th … Ran the 400-meters in a season-low time of 1:02.88 at the YSU Invitational … Registered three top-10 finishes at the Jim Wuske Open, finishing third in the 200-meters (26.55 seconds), seventh in the 400-meters (1:03.21) and second as part of The Rock’s 4x400-meter relay team (4:21.55).

2022 (Outdoor): Competed at eight meets in sprinting events … Posted a season-best 100-meter time of 12.90 seconds as part of a 10th-place showing at the SRU Open … Best 200-meter time came at the Red Flash Open in 26.45 seconds to take 11th … Also broke 13 seconds in the 100-meters at the Bison Classic (12.99) while taking third in the 200-meters (26.76w) at the Westminster Invitational and fourth at the LHU Qualifier (26.83).
 
2022 (Indoor): Competed at seven meets primarily in the 60-meters and 200-meters … Qualified for the PSAC Championships in the 60-meters, placing 17th at 8.24 seconds … Opened season with personal-best time in the 60-meters of 8.06 seconds at the YSU Icebreaker to finish in ninth place … Ran the 200-meters in a season-best time of 26.76 seconds to place 18th at the YSU Invitational ... Also broke 27 seconds in the 200-meters at the Al Hall Freedom Games (26.78 / fourth) and the YSU Icebreaker (26.93 / 27th).
