2010-11 (Indoor): A Capital One Academic All-District honoree … Qualified for the PSAC Championships in the 60-meter hurdles (fourth place / 9.16), the 200-meter dash (25th place / 27.23) and as part of the 4x400-meter relay team (fourth place / 4:00.55) … placed second in the 400-meter dash at the BW Mid-February Meet (1:01.15).
2009-10 (Outdoor): Earned All-America honors after finishing the 400-meter hurdles in sixth place at a time of 59.23 at the NCAA Division II Championships … came in 19th place at the NCAA Championships in the 100-meter hurdles (14.48) … won the PSAC titles in the 400-meter hurdles (59.76) and the 4x100-meter relay team … earned All-PSAC honors in the 100-meter hurdles (second place / 14.19) and the 4x400-meter relay team (third place).
2009-10 (Indoor): Earned All-PSAC honors after a first-place finish as part of SRU's 4x400-meter relay team and after a second-place finish in the 60-meter hurdles at the PSAC Indoor Championships ... also placed 13th in the 200-meter dash ... finished in third place in the 60-meter hurdles at the Bucknell Bison Open ... won the 200-meter dash and the 55-meter hurdles at the SRU Open ... earned PSAC Scholar-Athlete honors.
2008-09: Earned All-America honors as a member of the school-record setting 4x400-meter relay team that posted a time of 3:44.83 at the NCAA National Championships during the outdoor season ... also qualified for National Championships in the outdoor 100-meter hurdles and the 400-meter hurdles … won PSAC Championships as part of the 4x400-meter relay team at the PSAC Indoor Championship team and as part of the 4x100-meter and 4x400-meter relay teams at the PSAC Outdoor Championships … also won a PSAC title in the 400-meter hurdles at the PSAC Outdoor Championships earned USTFCCCA All-Academic honors ... a PSAC Scholar-Athlete.
