2014 (Outdoor) : Qualified for the PSAC Championships in the hammer throw to place 10th (42.70m)...placed 4th n the hammer throw at the SRU Open (44.48m).
2013-14 (Indoor) : Qualified for the PSAC Championships in the weight throw to place 8th (15.11m) a personal best...placed 4th at the WVU Invitational (14.34m).
2013 (Outdoor): Qualified for the PSAC Outdoor Track & Field Championships in hammer throw, placed 20th (39.58m) ... had a personal best for the hammer throw at the Ashland Alumni Open (46.10m) and placed 12th ... had one 1st place finish at the SRU Last Chance Invitational in hammer throw (45.35m).
2012-13 (Indoor): Started the season with a 4th place finish in the weight throw at the Youngstown State Icebreaker (13.83m)...placed 5th in the weight throw (13.73m) at the BWU Mid-February Meet...competed in the PSAC Championships placing 8th in the weight throw and recording a personal best mark of 14.3m).
2011-12 (Indoor): Placed 14th in the weight throw with a mark of 13.02 meters at the PSAC Championships … made a season-high throw of 13.85 meters in the weight throw at the Kent State Tune-Up (16th) … also posted top-12 performances in the weight throw at the B-W Mid-February Meet (11th place – 11.83 meters) and at the YSU Icebreaker (12th place – 11.79 meters).
2010-11 (Outdoor): Placed sixth in the hammer throw (27.72 meters) and ninth in the discus (23.45 meters) at the SRU Tri Meet … concluded season by placing sixth in the hammer throw at the SRU Last Chance Meet (35.67 meters) ... PSAC-Scholar Athlete
2010-11 (Indoor): Competed in weight throw events to begin Rock career … best performance came at the BW Mid-February Meet (ninth place / 10.24 meters).
High School: Lettered in twice in track and field and once in cross country.
