2009-10 (Outdoor): Qualified for the NCAA Championships in the 400-meter hurdles and finished the race in 11th place at 1:00.82 … won a PSAC title at the conference championships in the 4x100-meter relays … also earned All-PSAC accolades in the 100-meter hurdles (third place / 14.53), 400-meter hurdles (second place / 1:01.37) and as a member of the 4x400-meter relay team (third place).
2009-10 (Indoor): Earned All-PSAC honors after a first-place finish as part of SRU's 4x400-meter relay team and after a third-place finish in the 60-meter hurdles at the PSAC Indoor Championships ... also took part in the 200-meter dash at the PSAC Indoor Championships ... won the 400-meter dash at the Bucknell Bison Open ... finished in second place at the SRU Open in both the 55-meter hurdles and the 200-meter dash ... earned PSAC Scholar-Athlete honors.
2008-09: Earned All-America honors as a member of the school-record setting 4x400-meter relay team that posted a time of 3:44.83 at the NCAA National Championships during the outdoor season ... won PSAC titles as part of the 4x100m and 4x400m relay teams at the PSAC Outdoor Championships and the 4x400m relay team at the PSAC Indoor Championships ... national qualifier in outdoor 400m hurdles ... earned All-Conference honors with top-three finishes in both the outdoor 100m and 400m hurdles ... member of the Dean's List ...
