Former Slippery Rock standout Ashley Rea will return to The Rock for the 2024 season as a graduate assistant. As part of the coaching staff, Rea will assist in all facets of the program.

PLAYING CAREER
• Played in 71 games over four seasons for Slippery Rock from 2019-23 as an attacking midfielder.
• Tallied 40 career points on 17 goals and six assists, with a career-best eight goals coming in her fourth year.
• Named to the D2CCA All-Atlantic Region Team and All-PSAC West Team in 2023 after recording 21 points on eight goals and five assists, including two game-winning goals and SRU's first hat trick since 2019.Â
• A member of the 2022 CSC Academic All-District Team.Â
• Finished her playing career ranking ninth all-time at SRU with 137 total shots and 1.93 shots per game.Â

• A native of Cranberry Township, Pennsylvania.
• Working toward Doctorate of Occupational Therapy.
