2024 (Outdoor): Competed at six meets primarily in the 3,000-meter steeplechase … Qualified for the PSAC Championships, placing seventh after running a season-best time of 11:47.74 … Took part in the steeplechase on two other occasions at the Westminster Invitational (fifth / 12:29.92) and the Dave Labor Invite (seventh / 12:23.38) … Opened year at the Dr. Toms Alumni Invitational, finishing the 1,500-meters in 5:06.29 on the way to a sixth-place finish in a 61-runner field … A PSAC Scholar-Athlete.

2024 (Indoor): Competed at five meets primarily in the 800-meters and mile … Began year by running the mile in back-to-back meets at the Jud Logan Memorial (5:49.80 / 26th) and the Ashland Invitational (5:43.78 / 17th) … Closed year by competing in the 800-meters on three occasions with best time in the event of 2:29.53 coming at the SPIRE Indoor Games (39th) … Ran a leg on The Rock’s distance medley relay team that earned a victory at the YSU Mid-Major Invite in 12:51.11.

2023 (XC): Competed in five of seven races … Led The Rock to a fifth-place finish at the Lock Haven Invitational “White” race as the team’s top finisher following a seventh-place individual showing that came following a season-best 6,000-meter course time of 23:55.1 … Finished in the top half of the field at the Bill Lennox Invitational (6k), taking 37th place in 24:55 … Ended year by competing at the PSAC Championships (6k), finishing in 26:39.4 (116th) … Also took part in two 5,000-meter course races to start season at the Panther Open (19:49.6 / 41st) and the Robert Morris Colonial Invitational (20:31.37 / 55th).
