2024 (Outdoor): Competed at eight meets primarily in the 400-meter hurdles … Qualified for the PSAC Championships and earned all-conference honors after running a season-best 400-meter hurdle time of 1:03.44 to place third … Added another all-conference accolade by running a leg for The Rock’s 4x400-meter relay team that placed second at the PSAC Championships in 3:52.08 … Posted five other top-10 finishes in the 400-meter hurdles at the Westminster Invitational (second / 1:06.02), the Ashland Invite (third / 1:05.41), the Dr. Toms Alumni Invitational (third / 1:05.81), the Dave Labor Invitational (third / 1:06.76) and the John Papa Invitational (fourth / 1:04.67) … A PSAC Scholar-Athlete.

2024 (Indoor): Competed at seven meets … A USTFCCCA All-Region performer in the distance medley relay … Ran the 400-meter leg on The Rock’s PSAC title winning DMR team at the conference championships (12:19.93) … Was also a part of SRU’s 4x400-meter relay team that placed seventh at the PSAC Championships (4:03.66) … Helped Rock relay teams to victories in the DMR at the YSU Mid-Major Invite (12:51.11) and in the 4x400-meters at the Mount Union Wuske Open (4:09.29) … Ran a season-best 400-meter time of 1:00.09 to finish 20th at the SPIRE Indoor Games … Also recorded top-10 finishes in the 400-meters at the Ashland Invitational (1:00.18 / fifth), the Jud Logan Memorial (1:00.97 / eighth) and the Mount Union Wuske Open (1:01.88 / fourth).

2023 (Outdoor): Competed at nine meets in the 400-meter hurdles and as a member of The Rock’s 4x400-meter relay team … Earned All-PSAC honors in the 400-meter hurdles by running a season-best time of 1:03.89 at the PSAC Championships to finish in second place … Also competed at the conference championships for SRU’s 4x400-meter relay team that finished in sixth place at 3:57.15 … Ran the 400-meter hurdles at the Bison Outdoor Classic in 1:04.74 (15th) … Also posted hurdle victories at the John Papa Invite (1:04.84), the Westminster Invitational (1:04.93), the SRU Last Chance Meet (1:05.03) and the Dave Labor Invitational (1:07.98).

2023 (Indoor): Competed at seven meets … Qualified for the PSAC Championships in the 400-meters, placing 11th in 1:00.67 … Represented The Rock at the conference championships as part of SRU’s 4x400-meter relay team that placed ninth (4:12.86) … Top 400-meter time of season was 59.27 seconds as part of an eighth-place finish at the SPIRE Indoor Games … Helped SRU’s 4x400-meter relay team to a second-place showing at the Jim Wuske Open (4:21.55) and a third-place finish at the SPIRE Indoor Games (4:01.07) … Also took third place at the Wuske Open in the 400-meters (1:01.31) ... 2022 (Outdoor): Competed at eight meets primarily in the 400-meter hurdles and as a member of The Rock’s 4x400-meter relay team … Qualified for the PSAC Championships in the 400-meter hurdles, placing seventh with a time of 1:04.75 … Also helped SRU’s 4x400 relay team to a ninth-place showing at the conference meet … Ran a season-best 400-meter hurdle time of 1:04.68 in the prelims at the PSAC Championships … Won the 400-meter hurdles at the Dave Labor Invite with a time of 1:05.84 … Finished 15th at the Bison Outdoor Classic in 1:05.77 … Also posted wins at the SRU Open (1:06.01) and the Westminster Invite (1:07.33) ... 2022 (Indoor): Competed at seven meets primarily in the 200-meters and 400-meters … Earned All-PSAC honors after helping The Rock’s 4x400-meter relay team to a third-place finish at the PSAC Championships … Recorded season-best times in both the 200 (28.45 seconds) and the 400 (1:01.40) at the Doug Raymond National Qualifier … Also broke 29 seconds in the 200-meters with a time of 28.52 seconds at the YSU Icebreaker … Posted top-10 finishes in the 400-meters at the Edinboro Invite (1:02.50 / third) and the Al Hall Freedom Games (1:03.35 / seventh).
