2011 (XC): Placed 23rd (21:47.7) at the SRU-Alaska Anchorage dual meet to start the season ... posted back-to-back-to-back top-50 performances at the Mack Cooper Classic (46th/26:21.3), the Mercyhurst/Gannon Invitational (33rd/28:18.3) and the Lock Haven Invite (48th/25:19.40) ... concluded season by placing 68th (25:49.3) at the SRU Invite.

2010-11: Did not compete during the indoor or outdoor seasons.

2010 (XC): Began Rock career with 28th-place finish at the Seagull Invitational … placed 12th (25:08.1) at the SRU Quad Meet … finished in 46th place (25:26.2) at the SRU Invitational … came in 109th place (26:30) in first PSAC Championship appearance ... PSAC-Scholar Athlete

High School: Lettered three times in both track and field and cross country … named Saint Mary’s Athlete of the Year as a senior … a state qualifier in cross country … a member of the National Honor Society.
