Biography
Personal: Daughter of Donna Hockensmith and Danny Fox … undecided on a major.
2011-12 (Indoor): Competed at one meet during the indoor season, placing 42nd in the 3,000-meter run (13:02.21) at the NCAA D-II Team Challenge.
2011 (XC): Started season with a 91st-place showing (31:06.6) at the Mack Cooper Classic ... placed 42nd (29:03.7) at the Mercyhurst/Gannon Invite ... finished 99th (29:18.30) at the Lock Haven Invitational.
2010-11: Did not compete during the indoor or outdoor seasons.
2010 (XC): Ran in four races as a freshman … came in 38th place at the SRU Quad Meet (27:43.7) … finished in 79th place at the SRU Invitational (26:41.6) … finished 51st at the Mercyhurst Invitational (28:18.5).
High School: Graduated from Gettysburg Area High School in 2010 after lettering once in cross country and twice in track … earned a medal at the 2009 Mid-Penn Conference Championships … was an All-Gettysburg Times runner in 2008 and 2009 … helped lead Gettysburg to the Mid-Penn Capital Division Cross Country Champions in 2007 and the Mid-Penn Keystone Division Championship for Track and Field in 2008 … a member of both the National Honor Society and the National Art Honor Society.
