2021 (Outdoor): Competed at four meets in the 1,500-meters … Posted a season-best time of 5:26.67 at the Dave Labor Invitational … Opened season at the Carnegie Mellon Invitational by placing 13th in 5:30.11 … Ended year with a fifth-place showing at the SRU Invitational via a time of 5:34.82 … Also ran the 800-meters at the Bill Lennox Invitational, finishing with a personal-best time of 2:45.76 ... PSAC Scholar Athlete.

2020-21 (XC): Competed in both meets during the abbreviated season … Clocked a time of 7:13.8 to come in 33rd at the Cal U Invite followed by a 78th-place showing (6:48.2) at the PSAC Championships.

2019-20 (Indoor): Competed at five meets primarily in the 5,000-meters … Ran a season-best 5,000-meter time of 20:08.04 and placed 14th to open year at YSU Icebreaker … Also competed in the 5,000-meters at the Doug Raymond National Qualifier (24th / 20:11.22), the YSU Mid-Major Invite (34th / 20:17.51) and the Youngstown State Invitational (13th / 20:28.40) ... PSAC Scholar Athlete.

2019 (XC): Ran in five races … Competed in the PSAC Championships, finishing with a time of 25:44.0 … Ran a career-best time at the Lock Haven University Invitational with a time of 24:41.0 … Finished just outside the top 20 at the Bill Lennox Invitational with a time of 25:18.5.

2019 (Outdoor): Competed in eight meets … Had three new PR’s in the 3K-steeplechase (13:14.52), 1,500-meter run (5:27.06), and the 3K (11:54.28) … Had four top-ten finishes (three of them being top-five) … Had one PSAC mark in the 1,500-meter run.

2019 (Indoor): Placed ninth in the mile with a time of 6:08.59 at the Edinboro Open … Hit a personal-best time in the 5,000-meters of 21:43.30 at the YSU Invite.

2018 (XC): Competed in four races … Recorded a season-best finish of 26th with a time of 30:18.9 at the Bill Lennox/SRU Invite … Placed 61st at the Doug Watts Invite with a time of 27:44.0 … Registered a season-best time of 25:53.1 at the LHU Invite placing 128th.

2018 (Outdoor): Did not compete.

2017-18 (Indoor): Competed in the mile at five events … Ran a season-best time of 6:01.85 to place 11th at the Al Hall Freedom Games … Placed ninth at the Edinboro invite with a time of 6:08.77.

2017 (XC): Competed in four meets … Top time of the season was a 25:26.4 showing at the LHU Open (101st) … Opened year by finishing 22nd at the Marty Uher Invitational with a time of 30:05.2.
