2011 (XC): Began year with a top-20 finish (16th place/ 20:13.7) at the Alaska Anchorage Dual meet ... posted a 10th-place finish (24:03.3) at the Mack Cooper Classic ... recorded highest finish of season by placing fifth (22:51.7) at the Lock Haven Invite ... ran the Atlantic Regional Championship course in 26:41 to place 222nd.

2010-11 (Outdoor): Qualified for the PSAC Championships in both the 10,000-meter run (eighth place / 38:17.52) and the 5,000-meter run (29th place / 19:40.80) … came in fifth place in the 3,000-meter run at the SRU Invitational (11:14.76) … ran a season-best time of 18:58.47 in the 5,000-meters at the Bison Classic ... PSAC-Scholar Athlete.

2010-11 (Indoor): Qualified for the PSAC Championships in the 5,000-meter run (23rd / 18:37.36) … placed fifth in the 3,000-meter run at the Wuske Invitational (11:04.60) … began season with a 16th-place finish in the 5,000-meters at the GaREAT Open (18:58.39).

2010 (XC): Helped lead SRU to a win at the SRU Quad Meet with an eighth-place showing (24:52.1) … was SRU’s third finisher at the Slippery Rock Invitational, placing 23rd overall (24:39.1) … was The Rock’s third runner at the PSU Invitational (170th / 24:01) … finished in 49th place at the PSAC Championships (24:40) … ended season by coming in 44th place at the Atlantic Regional Championships (24:15.6) … a 2010 U.S. Track and Field and Cross Country Coaches Association All-Academic team selection.

Before The Rock: Attended Stark State College of Technology in 2009-10.

High School: Earned PAC 7 honorable mention honors in cross country in 2006... named McDonald's Student-Athlete of the Month ... won the Timken Senior Class Scholar-Athlete and Miss Timken Awards ... earned OHSAA Scholar-Athlete honors.
