2025 (Indoor): Competed at six meets primarily in the 400-meters … A USTFCCCA All-Region performer … Ran a leg on The Rock’s conference champion distance medley relay team (12:11.79) as well helping SRU’s 4x400-meter relay team to a fourth-place finish (4:00.05) at the PSAC Championships … Season-best 400-meter time of 1:00.09 resulted in an eighth-place finish at the SPIRE Indoor Games … Also nearly matched season-best 400-meter time at the YSU Icebreaker (1:00.11 / 12th) and the Jud Logan Light Giver Invitational (1:00.26 / eighth) … Won the 400-meters at the Mount union Tune-Up with a time of 1:00.97.

2024 (Outdoor): Competed at eight meets in the 200-meters and 400-meters … Qualified for the PSAC Championships in the 400-meters, placing 17th following a prelim run of 1:00.15 … Posted two third-place finishes at the John Papa Invite with a season-best 400-meter time of 59.16 seconds and as a member of The Rock’s 4x400-meter relay team (4:01.74) … Also posted top-10 400-meter finishes at the Westminster Invitational (fourth / 1:01.34), the Dave Labor Invite (fourth / 1:01.38), the Carnegie Mellon Invitational (seventh / 1:01.27) and the Dr. Toms Alumni Invite (ninth / 1:00.11) … Best 200-meter performance came at Dave Labor Invite with a time of 26.72 seconds … A PSAC Scholar-Athlete.
