2025 (Outdoor): Competed at six meets … Earned first team All-America accolades in the steeplechase after placing seventh in the finals at the NCAA Championships with a time of 10:41.51 … Capped off dominant career by being named the PSAC Pete Nevins Scholar-Athlete of the Year as well as earning a spot on the PSAC’s Spring Top 10 … Garnered USTFCCCA All-Region honors in the steeplechase, 5,000-meters and 1,500-meters … Voted the PSAC Track Athlete of the Year … Won three conference titles at the PSAC Championships with victories in the 1,500-meters (4:37.79), 5,000-meters (18:07.10) and steeplechase (10:36.70) on the way to tallying 30 points for SRU and being named the meet’s Outstanding Track Athlete and Overall MVP … Season-best 1,500-meter time came at the PSAC Championships … Clocked a school-record steeplechase time of 10:17.13 at the Penn Relays, placing 12th overall and first among Division II athletes … Top 5,000-meter time of 16:38.85 resulted in a school record and came at the Bison Outdoor Classic (eighth overall / first D2) … Opened season by completing the steeplechase at the Raleigh Relays in 10:19.02 (14th overall / first D2) followed by a second-place 1,500-meter run of 4:41.41 at the Dave Labor Invitational … Selected as the PSAC Outdoor Track Athlete of the Week twice … Named to USTFCCCA All-Academic Team ... 2023 (XC): Was The Rock’s top finisher in all seven races … Recorded top-10 overall finishes at six of seven events … Earned first team All-Atlantic Region and All-PSAC accolades … Opened season by recording a pair of top-10 results on 5,000-meter courses at the Panther Opener (sixth / 17:34.2) and the Robert Morris Colonial Invitational (fifth / 18:01.56) … Ran the Lock Haven Invitational “Crimson” race in a near season-best 6,000-meter course time of 20:59.1 to place fourth in a field of 286 … Won the Bill Lennox Invitational, and guided SRU to a team victory as well, after clocking a time of 21:34 … Led The Rock to a PSAC title following a third-place showing (22:30.7) at the conference championships … Paced a second-place team effort at the NCAA Atlantic Region Championships after producing fastest 6,000-meter course time of the season of 20:58.4 on the way to a fourth-place individual finish … Concluded season with a time of 21:37.1 to place 99th at the NCAA National Championships … A two-time PSAC Athlete of the Week.

2023 (Outdoor): Competed at nine meets … A three-time USTFCCCA All-Region honoree … Qualified for the NCAA Championships in the steeplechase, placing 15th in the nation with a time of 11:03.70 … Won the PSAC steeplechase championship after running a 10:49.56 race at the conference meet … Also earned All-PSAC honors by placing second in both the 1,500-meters at 4:40.73 and the 5,000-meters with a season-best time of 17:41.93 … Ran the steeplechase at the Bison Classic in a school-record time of 10:39.07 … Personal-best 10,000-meter time of 40:27.40 came as part of a fifth-place finish at the John Papa Invite … Won the 1,500-meters at the Mountaineer Twilight by clocking a time of 4:37.22 … Earned a steeplechase victory at the Dave Labor Invitational by registering a time of 11:24.17 … Named to the CSC Academic All-District Team.

2023 (Indoor): Competed at six meets … A USTFCCCA all-region performer in the 3,000-meters … Earned All-PSAC honors in the 3,000-meters after fishing second with a season-best time of 10:12.42 … Also produced points for The Rock at the PSAC Championships in the 5,000-meters with a fifth-place finish in a season-best time of 18:04.61 and a sixth-place showing in the mile at 5:10.91 … Personal-best mile time of 5:07.18 came in a fifth-place finish at the SPIRE Indoor Games … Opened season by winning the 5,000-meters at the YSU Icebreaker after clocking a time of 18:08.13 … Took second in the mile with a time of 5:14.99 at the YSU Mid-Major Invitational … A CSC Academic All-District selection ... A PSAC Scholar-Athlete. 

2022 (XC): Competed at six meets … Earned all-region honors after running a career-best time of 22:24.3 to place 10th at the NCAA Atlantic Region Championships … Received second team All-PSAC accolades following a 19th-place showing at the conference championships with a time of 23:22.9 … Placed 33rd in a 200-runner field in the “Crimson” race at the LHU Invitational after navigating the course in 22:34.8 … Also registered top-10 finishes at the Bill Lennox Invitational (sixth / 23:19), the Carnegie Mellon Invitational (seventh / 19:00.3 / 5k) and the Doug Watts Open (eighth / 24:35) … Was The Rock’s second finisher in four races ... A PSAC Scholar-Athlete. 

2022 (Outdoor): Competed at six meets, primarily in the 1,500-meters … Qualified for the PSAC Championships, placing 19th at 5:01.72 … Top 1,500-meter time of season came at the Bison Classic in 4:54.93 … Opened year by running the 1,500 in 5:01.74 to finish 22nd at the Carnegie Mellon Invitational ... 2022 (Indoor): Competed in the mile at five meets … Also a member of The Rock’s DMR team at the PSAC Championships, helping group to an eighth-place finish … Recorded a season-best mile time of 5:28.72 at the Doug Raymond Qualifier (20th place) … Clocked a time of 5:32.87 at the YSU Invitational … Opened year by completing the mile in 5:34.01 at the YSU Icebreaker to place 11th … Won the mile at the Edinboro Invite in 5:40.31. 

2021 (XC): Was one of The Rock’s top five finishers at all six meets … Just missed out on earning all-region honors after placing 29th at the NCAA Atlantic Region Championships with a season-best time of 22:43.5 … Also nearly earned all-conference accolades following a 33rd-place showing at the PSAC Championships after turning in a time of 24:25.4 … Opened season by running the Marty Uher Invitational (4.73k) in 19:12.9 to finish in second place … Broke the 23-minute mark at LHU Open after finishing the race in 22:56.5 … Recorded top-20 showings at the Doug Watts Open (23:54.7 / ninth) and the Bill Lennox Invitational (24:32.9 / 15th).

2021 (Outdoor): Competed at seven meets in the 1,500-meters and 800-meters … Qualified for the PSAC Championships in the 1,500-meters, placing 10th with a time of 4:58.28 … Posted season-best time of 4:57.39 to win the 1,500-meters at the Mountain Cat Last Chance Meet … Also earned 1,500-meter wins at the Penn State Behrend Invitational (4:57.81) and the SRU Invitational (4:59.04) … Also finished second in the 1,500-meters at the Bill Lennox Invitational with a time of 5:01.51 … Top 800-meter time on the year was 2:32.31 at the Dave Labor Invitational ... 2020-21 (XC): Served as The Rock’s No. 2 runner in both meets during the abbreviated season … Earned All-PSAC accolades by placing 16th at the PSAC Championships after completing the 5,000-meter course in 6:15.8 … Opened season by finishing fifth at the Cal U Invite with a time of 6:28.2.
