2012 (XC): Did not compete at any meets.
2011 (XC): Started year by placing 37th (25:57.9) at the SRU-Alaska Anchorage dual meet ... posted a time of 30:28.2 and placed 89th at the Mack Cooper Classic ... ran the course at the Lock Haven Invitational in 30:00.80 to finish 102nd ... ended season with a 156th-place showing at 35:34.2 during the SRU Invitational.
Before The Rock: Attended St. Vincent College and competed on the cross country team as a freshman … made the Dean’s list both semesters.
High School: Lettered four times in cross country and twice in both indoor track and outdoor track … a 2006 WPIAL Finalist in cross country,
