2023 (Outdoor): Competed at seven meets … Named a CSC Academic All-American … Qualified for the PSAC Championships in both the 5,000-meters and 10,000-meters … Just missed out on earning All-PSAC honors in the 10,000-meters after finishing fourth at the conference championships with a season-best time of 38:08.88 … Also took sixth at the PSAC Championships in the 5,000-meters following a time of 18:05.82 … Season-best 5,000-meter time of 17:47.50 resulted in a second-place showing at the Mountaineer Twilight Meet … Won the 10,000-meters at the John Papa Invite in 39.30.85 … Opened season by completing the 10k at the Shamrock Invitational in 39:03.71 to come in fifth.

2022 (XC): Competed at seven meets … Named to PSAC Fall Top 10 … Qualified for the NCAA national championships for a second consecutive year, placing 105th in a 262-runner field with a time of 22:07.2 … Became the first Rock athlete to qualify for back-to-back NCAA Championship races in 13 years … Earned all-region honors after recording a fifth-place finish at the NCAA Atlantic Region Championships with a season-best time of 22:00.4 … Was also a first team all-conference honoree following a third-place finish at the PSAC Championships with a time of 22:09.4 … Placed 15th in a highly-competitive 200-runner field in the “Crimson Race” of the LHU Invitational after covering the 6,000-meter field in 22:04.3 … Clocked a time of 22:17 to win the Bill Lennox Invitational … Opened year by taking second place at the Doug Watts Open with a time of 22:33 … Also covered the 5,000-meter course at the Carnegie Mellon Invitational in 18:48.2 to finish third … Was SRU’s top finisher in every race she competed in ... 2022 (Outdoor): A CoSIDA Academic All-American … A USTFCCCA All-Region performer in the 5,000-meters and 10,000-meters ... Competed at five meets as The Rock’s top distance runner … Earned All-PSAC honors in both the 5,000-meters and the 10,000-meters at the PSAC Championships … Finished second at the league championships in the 10,000-meters with a time of 37:11.63 and third in the 5,000-meters at 17:36.86 … Top 10,000-meter time of the season was 35:58.78 at the Bison Classic … Won the 10,000-meters at the Shamrock Invitational in 36:55.04 … Also took third in the 5,000-meters with a season-best time of 17:26.04 ... USTFCCCA All- Academic honoree ... PSAC Scholar Athlete. 
 
2022 (Indoor): Earned USTFCCCA All-Region honors in the 3,000-meters and 5,000-meters … Competed at five meets primarily in the 3,000 and 5,0000 meters … Named to the CoSIDA Academic All-District Team … Qualified for the PSAC Championships and took all-conference honors in both distance events after placing second in the 5,000-meters (17:21.14) and third in the 5,000-meters (10:07.66) … Opened year by taking second in the 5,000-meters at the YSU Icebreaker with a time of 17:37.37 … Also finished 10th in the 5,000-meters at the GVSU Big Meet (17:42.79) … Ran the 3,000 meters at the YSU Invite in 10:23.20 to place eighth overall.

2021 (XC): Was The Rock’s top finisher at all six meets … Outstanding year culminated with an 83rd place showing at the NCAA Championships with a time of 22:01.5 … Was the first SRU female to run at the national meet since 2012 … Qualified for nationals after earning all-region honors at the NCAA Atlantic Region Championships with a third-place finish in a season-best time of 21:25.7 … Placed third at the PSAC Championships following a time of 22:35.3 to pick up all-conference accolades … Recorded the highest finish by an SRU women's cross country runner at a PSAC Championship meet since 2008 … Began season by winning the Marty Uher Invitational (4.73k) in 18:18.0 … Also registered a win at the Bill Lennox Invite (22:25.5) in addition to placing second at the Doug Watts Open (22:50.2) and running the LHU Open in 22:17.3 to place 17th.
 
Before The Rock: Attended West Virginia University as an undergraduate, competing on the Mountaineer cross country and track & field teams while majoring in Biology … Was a CoSIDA Academic All-District selection in 2019-20.  
 
High School: Competed in cross country and track & field at the Vincentian Academy … Became second athlete in WPIAL history to win four cross country championships … A three-time PIAA cross country champion … Won three WPIAL Class AA championships and two PIAA championships in 3,200-meter run … Led Vincentian Academy to two WPIAL cross country team titles … Held WPIAL record for 3,200-meter run (10:45.54) … Named Vincentian’s valedictorian … Competed in USATF track and cross country … Won USATF Junior Olympic Cross Country Championship in 2013 (13-14 Division).
