2011 (XC): Placed 40th (28:17.9) at the Alaska Anchorage Dual Meet ... clocked a time of 35:29.3 to place 155th at the SRU Invite.

2010-11 (Outdoor): Competed in one event after dealing with an injury for much of the year … placed ninth in the 1,500-meters with a time of 7:00.69 ... PSAC-Scholar Athlete.

2010-11 (Indoor): Did not compete during the indoor season.

2010 (XC): Did not compete during the cross country season.

2009-10 (Outdoor): Ran in one event, placing 13th in the 1,500-meter run at the Western Pa. Championships (6:13.68).

2009-10 (Indoor): Did not compete during the indoor season.

2009 (XC): Placed 35th at the IUP Invitational with a time of 30:14 ... ran the course at the Slippery Rock Invitational in 30:15.5 and finished 91st.

2008-09 (Outdoor): Ran at four competitions exclusively in the 1,500-meter run … ran a career-best time of 6:08.46 at the PSAC-West Challenge and placed 17th.

High School: Lettered four years in cross country and two years in track and field ... two-time second team CVC in cross country ... two-time Most Improved Athlete honoree in cross country ... member of the Honor roll.
