2013-14 (Indoor): Qualified for the PSAC Indoor Track & Field Championships in three events, she won the 800m in 2:18.13, helped the distance medley relay place 9th (12:38.92), and helped the 4x800m relay place 2nd (9:28.43).
2013 (XC): Qualified to run in the NCAA D-II Atlantic Regional Championships (2nd Rock 33rd overall 22:02.0)...ran in the PSAC XC Championships (1st Rock 20th overall 23:05.8)...earned All-PSAC with the top finish as PSACs...won 1st place in the Mack Cooper Classic (23:40.8).
2013 (Outdoor): Qualified for the PSAC Outdoor Track & Field Championships in the 1,500-meter and placed 12th with a time of 4:46.78 ... captured a personal best and a 1st place finish in the 1,500m at the Ashland Alumni Open with a time of 4:44.05.
2012-13 (Indoor): Started the season by placing 2nd in the mile (5:12.16) and 800-meters (2:23.60) at the Youngstown State Icebreaker...placed 1st in the 800-meters (2:21.120 at the BWU Mid-February Meet...qualified for the PSAC Indoor Track & Field Championships.
2012 (XC): Qualified for and ran at the PSAC Championships, came in 34th with a time of 23:57.9 ... closed the season with a 34th finish (23:57.9) at the NCAA DII Atlantic Region XC Championships in the 800m and 4x4,
2012 (Outdoor): Had two 1st place finishes during the season, once in the 800-meter at the Slippery Rock Open (2:16.21) and once in the 4x4 at the Ashland University Alumni Open (4:01.01) ... went on to compete at the PSAC Outdoor Track & FIeld Championships in the 800m and 4x4, placed 5th in the 800m (2:14.09) and 6th in the 4x4 (3:46.50).
2011-12 (Indoor): Broke the Slippery Rock indoor records in 800-meters at the YSU Invite (first place – 2:15.31) and in the mile at the PSAC Championships (second place - 4:59.63) … earned All-PSAC honors for performances at the conference in the mile and as a member of the SRU distance medley relay team (second place – 12:10.45) … also placed 13th in the 800-meters at the PSAC Championships with a time of 2:22.71 … recorded victories in the mile at the YSU Icebreaker (5:14.02) and at the NCAA D-II Team Challenge (5:01.00) … also placed second in the 800-meters (2:18.37) at the Kent State Golden Flash Gala ... ended season with the second best times in the PSAC in both the mile (4:59.63) and the 800-meters (2:14.91).
2011 (XC): Began Rock career by placing 12th (19:53.3) at the SRU-Alaska Anchorage dual meet ... earned first top-10 finish of collegiate career at the Mack Cooper Classic, placing ninth in 24:01.5 ... gave top-25 performances at both the Lock Haven Invite (22nd/23:55.70) and the SRU Invite (20th/24:15.1) ... finished 43rd (22:39.9) at the PSAC Championships ... concluded year with a 37th-place showing (23:50) at the Atlantic Regional Championships.
High School: Lettered four times in both cross country and track at Christopher Dock Mennonite High School … earned all-league honors in cross country four times … a state cross country state qualifier in 2008 and 2009 … won two medals at the state championships in track as a senior, placing third in the 800-meters and second as part of the CDMHS 4x800-meter relay team … earned one state medal as a junior after finishing in second place in the 800-meter run in 2010 … finished in eighth place in the state championships in the 4x800-meter relays as a sophomore in 2009.
