Advia Campbell

Former Kutztown University standout Advia Campbell joined the Slippery Rock University women’s basketball program as an assistant coach prior to the 2016-17 academic year.
 
Campbell will assist Rock head coach Bobby McGraw with all facets of the program.
 
Prior to coming to Slippery Rock, Campbell spent one season as a volunteer assistant at Bloomsburg University in 2015-16. Campbell helped guide the Huskies to a 13-14 overall record and a 10-12 mark in Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference Eastern Division play.  
 
As a player, Campbell was one of the top athletes in the PSAC for Kutztown (2011-15). A three-year starter, Campbell earned PSAC East Defensive Athlete of the Year honors as a junior and senior along with a pair of All-PSAC East accolades
 
A two-time team MVP, Campbell finished her playing career with per game averages of 9.1 points, 6.6 rebounds, 1.6 blocks and 1.6 steals while shooting 48.9 percent from the field. She graduated from KU ranked second in school history in career blocks with 181.
