PSAC Qualifier (4x)

Personal: Son of Deb and Roy Meilus ... safety and environmental management major.

2015 (Outdoor): Competed in four meets... Earned All-Region honors... Placed third in the PSAC Championships... Recorded a career best time of 3:55.97 in the 1500m event.

2014 (XC) : Competed in six meets... Finished 2nd in the 8K event at the SRU 125th Invitational... Finished with a career best time of 25:52:80 in the 8K event at the PSAC XC Championships... PSAC Scholar Athlete.

2014 (Outdoor) : Qualified for the PSAC Championships in three events, he helped take the 4x800m relay team to a 4th place finish (7:56.70) finished 8th in the 1500m (4:03.22) and 9th in the 800m (1:57.18)...reached a personal best in the 1500m at the 9th Annual Gator Invitational (3:56.51).

2013-14 (Indoor) : Qualified for the PSAC Championships in the 800m and the 4x800m relay...reached a personal best in the 800m at the Kent State Tune-Up (1:55.01)...he took 7th place in the 800m at PSAC (1:56.45) and helped the 4x800m relay place 2nd (7:51.29)...he placed first in the 800 at the Youngstown State Icebreaker (1:56.39)...took 1st place in the mile at the West Virginia University Invitational (4:24.18).

2013 (Outdoor) : Qualified for the PSAC Championships and helped the Rock take 1st in the 4X800-meter relay ...competed in the Dave Labor Inivtational and placed 1st in the 800-meter(1:59.40) ... finished 11th in the 800-meter(1:55.72) which was a personal best ... took 3rd in the 800-meter(2:00.86) at the SRU Invitational

2012-13 (Indoor): Qualified for the PSAC Championships...helped the Rock earn fourth place in the 4x400-meter relat at the BWU Mid-February Meet...recorded three personal best times in the 400-meter (53.09), 800-meter (1:57.21) and mile (4:36.30)...finished 9th in the 800-meter run (1:59.42) at the NCAA D-II Team Challenge.

2012 (Outdoor): Competed in twelve events with three top-ten finishes ... placed third as a member of The Rock's 4x400-meter relay team at the Slippery Rock Open (3:25:83) ... posted a personal best 800-meter dash mark of 1:58.86 seconds, finishing 6th at the Dave Labor Invitational.

2011-12 (Indoor): Competed at the PSAC Championships as a member of Slippery Rock’s 4x800-meter relay team (10th – 8:29.96) and as part of SRU’s distance medley relay team (sixth – 10:30.46) … began season with a fifth-place finish (2:00.52) in the 800-meters at the Youngstown State Icebreaker … also placed sixth in the 800-meters (2:03.77) at the B-W Mid-February Meet.

High School: Lettered three times in track, twice in football and twice in basketball ... earned honorable mention all-area and All-Laurel Highlands accolades in 2010 ... received the PIAA District 6 Sportsmanship Award in 2011 ... a member of the National Honor Society.
