2025 (Outdoor): Competed at eight meets … Qualified for the PSAC Championships in the 400-meters, placing 19th in 51.14 seconds … Ran a leg on The Rock’s 4x400-meter relay team that placed fourth at the conference championships with a time of 3:16.06 to earn SRU five points … Opened season by helping 4x400-meter relay team to a win at the Ed Fry Invitational (3:39.69) … Season-best 400-meter time of 49.65 seconds came as part of a 10th-place finish at the Ashland Alumni Open … Also took part in the 100-meters and 200-meters during the year, posting top 100-meter time of 11.30 seconds at the Dave Labor Invitational (36th) and best 200-meter time of 22.22 seconds at the John Papa Invitational (11th).

2025 (Indoor): Did not compete.

2024 (Outdoor): Competed at seven meets primarily in the 200-meters and 400-meters … Earned All-PSAC honors after helping The Rock’s 4x400-meter relay team to a third-place finish at the conference championships in 3:17.26 … Opened year by running a leg on SRU’s 4x400-meter relay team which won the Dr. Toms Alumni Invite (3:19.39) in addition to posting a season-best individual 400-meter time of 51.07 seconds … Also broke 52 seconds in the 400-meters at the John Papa Invite, placing 10th in 51.30 seconds … Top 200-meter time of 22.54 seconds occurred at the Ashland Alumni Open.

2024 (Indoor): Competed at four meets in the 200-meters and 400-meters … Ran a leg on The Rock’s 4x400-meter relay team that placed fourth at the PSAC Championships (3:26.33) … Recorded a pair of top-20 finishes at the YSU Mid-Major meet after producing a season-best 400-meter time of 50.89 seconds as well as 22.82 second 200-meter performance to place 17th and 13th, respectively … Best 200-meter run of the year was 22.80 seconds at the SPIRE Indoor Games … Began season by placing ninth in the 400-meters (52.82) and 11th in the 200-meters (23.33) at the Mount Union Wuske Open.
