Placed third in the 400H with a time 55.46 at the Trojan Challenge ... Recorded a time of 56.77 in the 400H at the PSAC Championships.

2016-17 (Indoor): Competed in six meets ... Had six top-ten finishes (with with five being top-five) ... Helped SRU place second in the 4x4 with a time of 3:19.24 at the YSU National Invite ... Placed second in the 60H with a time of 8.72 at the Edinboro Invitational ... Recorded a time of 9.00 in the 60H at the PSAC Championships.

2016 (Outdoor): Competed in eight meets … Qualified for the PSAC Championships in the 400-meter hurdles … Placed fourth at the Championships with a career-best time of 54.62 … Also part of the PSAC Runner-Up 4x400-meter relay team (3:15.57) … Part of the 4x400-meter relay team that captured the Bucknell Outdoor Classic … Placed first in the 400-meter hurdles at the SRU Open (56.22) and the Cal U Early Bird (55.82) … Hit a career-best mark in the 110-meter hurdles at the Coastal Carolina Invitational (15.39) and won the 110-meter hurdles at Cal U (15.89).

Before The Rock: Competed in track & field at California University (Pa.) ... Is the current record holder in the 400 meter hurdles (52.14).
