2022 (Outdoor): Competed at seven meets in sprints and relay races … Qualified for the PSAC Championships in the 200-meters, placing 15th at 22.70 seconds … Also helped The Rock’s 4x100-meter relay team to a ninth-place showing at the league championships … Top 200-meter time of the season was 22.43 seconds in a third-place showing at the Red Flash Open … Ran the 100-meters at the Bison Classic in a season-best time of 11.19 seconds … Helped to lead The Rock’s 4x400-meter relay team to a victory at the SRU Open while also posting fifth-place individual finishes in both the 100-meters (11.21) and the 200-meters (22.65) … Ran a leg on SRU’s first place 4x100-meter relay team at the Dave Labor Invitational ... PSAC Scholar Athlete.

2022 (Indoor): Competed at three meets, primarily in the 60-meters and 200-meters … Season-best 60-meter time of 7.13 seconds came in the prelims at the YSU Icebreaker … Also ran the 60-meters in 7.14 seconds in the finals at the YSU Icebreaker (sixth place) and the YSU Mid-Major Invitational (17th) … Best 200-meter time of season came at the YSU Mid-Major Invitational in 22.80 seconds (16th) … Also helped SRU’s 4x400-meter relay team to a second-place showing at the YSU Invitational.

2021 (Outdoor): Competed at six meets in the 100-meters, 200-meters and as part of SRU’s relay teams … Earned All-PSAC honors as a member of The Rock’s 4x100-meter relay team which placed second at the PSAC Outdoor Championships after clocking a time of 42.24 seconds … Also scored points for The Rock at the PSAC Championships in the 100-meters (Eighth / 10.98 seconds) and the 200-meters (seventh / 22.44 seconds) … Season-best time in the 100-meters came at the PSAC Championships … Recorded three victories at the Mountain Cat Last Chance Meet by running the 200-meters in a season-best time of 22.18 seconds, finishing the 100-meters in 11.15 seconds and helping the 4x400-meter relay team to a win at 3:29.83 … Posted wins in the 100-meters (11.03w seconds) and as part of the 4x100-meter relay team (42.87 seconds) while also placing second with the 4x400-meter relay team (3:35.31) at the SRU Invitational … Took second in the 200-meters (22.48 seconds) and fourth in the 100-meters (11.15 seconds) at the Penn State Behrend Invite ... PSAC Scholar Athlete.

2019-20 (Indoor): Competed at seven meets … Recorded season-best times in the 60-meters (7.11) and the 200-meters (22.68) at the PSAC Championships to place 14th and ninth, respectively … Also helped The Rock’s 4x400-meter relay team to a sixth-place finish at the PSAC Championships (3:25.74) … Finished fourth in the 60-meters (7.16) and fifth in the 200-meters (23.02) at the Al Hall Freedom Games … Placed third in the 60-meters at the Edinboro Last Chance Meet with a time of 7.19 seconds.

2019 (Outdoor): Competed in eight meets … Recorded new PR’s in the 200-meter dash at 22.27 seconds and the 100-meter dash at 11.06 seconds … Reached the podium at the PSAC Outdoor Championships as part of the 4x100-meter relay team at 42.13 seconds … Had 16 top-ten finishes including 11 being in the top-five … Finished 2019 with eight PSAC marks.

High School: Three-year letter winner in wrestling along with lettering twice in track and field for Mt. Lebanon High School ... Earned an All-WPIAL selection in the 100-meter dash during senior season ... graduated with honors.
