2016 (Outdoor): Runner-up at the PSAC Championships in the 110-meter hurdles (14.58) and seventh place in the long jump (6.80m) to help The Rock men’s team finish second in the PSAC meet … Won the high jump at the SRU Last Chance Meet (1.95m) … Won the 110-meter hurdles at the SRU Open (15.03) and the Dave Labor Invite (14.85).

2015-16 (Indoor): Heptathlon PSAC Champion for the second straight year with a score of 5,014 … Also placed eighth in the high jump at the PSAC meet with a leap of 1.89 meters … Had a career-best score of 5,020 to win the heptathlon at the Youngstown State National Invite … All-Region selection.

2014-15 (Outdoor): Earned All-Region honors by posting a score of 6,083 in the Decathalon ... Finished in third place in the Dave Labor Invitational by clearing 2.00 meters in the high jump ... Helped the Rock Men to a second place finish in the PSAC meet ... Recorded a 14.85 mark in 110H.

2014-15 (Indoor): Named PSAC Freshman of the Year ... Earned All-PSAC honors by winning the Heptathlon at the PSAC Championships ... Earned All-PSAC honors by placing first in the 4x400M Relay with a 3:16.80 time ... Earned All-Region honors in the Heptathlon ... Scored a season high 4994 points in the Heptathlon ... Recorded a 8.51 mark in the 60H.
