Biography
Senior stand-out athlete from Frenchville, PA, Nathan Shadeck has been a star athlete for The Rock since his arrival in 2004. To his credit, Shadeck has received many All-Conference honors for his efforts at the PSAC state meets. At the 2006 outdoor PSAC Championships, Shadeck received a 3rd place award for his efforts in the 400m hurdles and found the top of the podium with a winning effort in the 4x100m relay event, giving him his first PSAC title.
During the 2007 outdoor PSAC Championship meet, Shadeck continued to climb the hurdling ranks, receiving a runner-up award in the 400m hurdles.
