2025 (Indoor): Competed at six meets primarily in the 400-meters … Qualified for the PSAC Championships, placing 13th with a time of 51.05 seconds in the prelims … Earned All-PSAC honors while helping The Rock earn six points after running a leg on SRU’s 4x400-meteer relay team that placed third at the conference championships (3:22.80) … Season-best 400-meter time of 49.93 seconds came as part of a 10th-place finish at the Ashland Invitational … Helped SRU capture a 4x400-meter relay victory at the SPIRE Indoor Games (3:17.77) in addition to taking sixth in the 400-meters after completing a 50.11-second race.

2024 (Outdoor): Competed at six meets primarily in the 400-meters … Earned All-PSAC honors after helping The Rock’s 4x400-meter relay team to a third-place finish at the conference championships (3:17.26) … Also qualified for the PSAC Championships in the 400-meters, placing eighth after running a season-best time of 49.72 seconds … Broke 50 seconds in the 400-meters one other time during season at the John Papa Invite (49.73) as part of a third-place showing … Posted a pair of wins at the Westminster Invitational in the 400-meters (50.49) and as a member of SRU’s 4x400-meter relay team (3:21.33) … Produced four top-10 finishes at the Dave Labor Invitational, placing third in the 400-meters (50.64) and eighth in the 100-meters (11:15) to go with relay finishes in the 4x100 (third / 43.37) and the 4x400 (sixth / 3:33.38).

2024 (Indoor): Competed at four meets, primarily in the 400-meters … Ran a leg on The Rock’s 4x400-meter relay team which placed fourth at the PSAC Championships with a time of 3:26.33 … Top 400-meter time of the season of 50.56 seconds came as part of a 17th-place finish at the SPIRE Indoor Games … Also recorded top-20 finishes in the 400-meters at YSU Mid-Major Invite (50.86 seconds / 16th place) and the Mount Union Wuske Open (53.09 / 12th) … Took part in the 60-meters at two meets with top time of 7.32 seconds coming at YSU.
