2025 (Outdoor): Competed at seven meets … Helped The Rock to five points at the PSAC Championships by running a leg on SRU’s 4x400-meter relay team that placed fourth (3:16.06) … Qualified for the PSAC Championships in the 200-meters, running a season-best time of 21.54 seconds to finish 13th … Also broke the 22-second plateau in the 200-meters at the John Papa Invitational, finishing in 21.91 seconds to place seventh in a 35-man field … Took part in both the 100-meters and 400-meters on three occasions as well, registering top 100-meter time of 10.94 seconds as part of a fifth-place finish at the SRU Last Chance Meet and posting best 400-meter time of 49.98 seconds at the Ashland Alumni Open (12th) ... A PSAC Scholar-Athlete.

2025 (Indoor): Competed at six meets primarily in the 200-meters and 400-meters … Earned All-PSAC honors after running a leg on The Rock’s 4x400-meter relay team that placed third at the conference championships (3:22.80) … Qualified for the PSAC Championships in the 200-meters, finishing 21st with a prelim race time of 23.05 seconds … Opened year by running the 200-meters in a season-best time of 22.41 seconds to take 14th at the YSU Icebreaker all the while running on SRU’s second-place 4x400-meter relay team (3:18.55) … In addition to helping SRU to a 4x400-meter victory (3:17.77), ran best 400-meter time of the year at the SPIRE Indoor Games to place seventh in 50.12 seconds.

2024 (Outdoor): Competed at seven meets primarily in the 200-meters and 400-meters … Earned All-PSAC honors after helping The Rock’s 4x400-meter relay team to a third-place finish at the conference championships in 3:17.26 … Qualified for the PSAC Championships in both the 400-meters (ninth place / 49.82 seconds) and the 200-meters (11th / 22.35) … Season-best times in both primary events came at the John Papa Invite as part of a winning effort in the 400-meters with a time of 49.37 seconds in addition to a 21.88 second 200-meter time that resulted in a fourth-place showing … Broke 50 seconds in the 400-meters one other time, finishing the Dr. Toms Alumni Invite in 49.47 seconds to take eighth place … Matched top 200-meter time at the Dave Labor Invitational, finishing third in 21.88 seconds … Also led SRU’s 4x400-meter relay team to wins at the Dr. Toms Alumni Invite (3:19.39) and the Westminster Invitational (3:21.33) … A PSAC Scholar-Athlete.

2024 (Indoor): Competed at six meets, primarily in the 400-meters … Qualified for the PSAC Championships in the 400, placing 10th with a time of 50.89 seconds … Also ran a leg for The Rock’s 4x400-meter relay team that placed fourth at the conference meet (3:26.33) … Ran a season-best 400-meter time of 50.14 seconds as part of an 11th-place finish at the Jud Logan Memorial … Broke 51 seconds in the 400-meters two other times at the YSU Mid-Major Invite (50.18 / ninth) and the YSU Icebreaker (50.52 / 29th) … Took part in the 200-meters on four occasions with top time of 22.62 seconds coming at the Jud Logan Memorial en route to a 19th-place showing.

High School: Lettered three years in track and field and two in cross country at Cedar Crest High School … Placed third in the state in 4x100m in senior year and seventh in junior year … New Balance Nationals 4x100m Qualifier … Part of a 2x Section and County Championship team … Ran on school’s winter track team throughout high school … Honor Roll Student … NHS member.
