2010-11 (Outdoor): Earned All-PSAC accolades after finishing in third place (14.97) in the 110-meter hurdles at the PSAC Championships … ran a career-best time of 14.73 in the prelims of the 110-meter hurdles at the PSAC’s … placed second in the 110-meter hurdles at the SRU Last Chance meet with a time of 14.76 … ran a time of 14.87 to place fourth in the 110-meter hurdles at the Ashland Alumni Open … finished second in the 110-meter hurdles at the Ed Fry Invitational (14.89) … captured first place in the 110-meter hurdles at the SRU Invitational with a time of 14.94 ... ran the fourth fastest 110-meter hurdle time in the PSAC in 2011.

2010-11 (Indoor): Recorded the second-fastest mark in the PSAC on the season (8.20) in the 60-meter hurdles at the PSAC Indoor Championships, finishing in second place and earning All-PSAC honors in the process … finished seventh in the 60-meter hurdles with a time of 8.55 at the GaREAT Open … placed fourth in the 55-meter hurdles at the Jim Wuske Invitational (7.77) … posted a time of 8.31 in the 60-meter hurdles and came in second place at the KSU Tune-Up.

2009-10 (Outdoor): Took part in one event during the outdoor season, placing third in the 110-meter hurdles at the Western Pa. Championships at a time of 15.75.

2009-10 (Indoor): Placed seventh in the 60-meter hurdles at the PSAC Indoor Championships ... won the 55-meter hurdle race at the Jim Wuske Invitational.

2008-09 (Indoor): Qualified for the NCAA Division II National Championships in the 55-meter high hurdles during the indoor season ... earned All-PSAC honors with a third-place finish in same event at PSAC Championships.

2007-08 (Outdoor): Qualified for PSAC Championships in 110-meter hurdles during the outdoor season.

High School: Lettered four years in track and field ... also earned two letters in basketball ... set school record in 110-meter hurdles at 15.00 seconds ... qualified for State Championships twice.
