2025 (Indoor): Competed at seven meets … Earned All-PSAC honors after running a leg on The Rock’s 4x400-meter relay team that placed third at the conference championships (3:22.80) … Also qualified for the PSAC Championships in the 400-meters, advancing to the finals and finishing sixth in 49.93 seconds … Totaled nine points for SRU at the PSAC Championships … Season-best 400-meter time of 49.60 seconds came as part of a fifth-place finish at the SPIRE Indoor Games in addition to running a leg on SRU’s winning 4x400-meter relay team (3:17.77) the same day … Also took part in the 60-meters on several occasions with best time being 7.12 seconds in the prelims at the Jud Logan Light Giver Invitational.
2024 (Outdoor): Competed at one meet during the outdoor season, running the 400-meters at the Dr. Toms Alumni Invitational in 50.24 seconds to place 14th in a 57-man field.
2024 (Indoor): Competed at six meets, primarily in the 400-meters … Qualified for the PSAC Championships, placing 18th after running the prelims in 52.54 seconds … Posted top 400-meter time of the season at the Ashland Invitational on the way to a 12th-place showing in 50.43 seconds … Nearly bested season-best time after completing the 400-meters in 50.45 seconds at the YSU Mid-Major Invite (13th) … Registered a second-place finish in the 400-meters (51.37 seconds) all the while placing 10th in the 60-meters (7.23 seconds) at the Mount Union Wuske Open.
2023 (Outdoor): Competed at 10 meets … A USTFCCCA All-Region honoree … Won a PSAC title as a member of The Rock’s 4x100-meter relay team which won the conference championship by running a 41.00 second final race … Individually, qualified for the PSAC Championships in the 400-meters, placing fourth with a season-best time of 48.63 seconds … Also represented The Rock at the conference championships as a member of SRU’s 4x400-meter relay team which placed 12th with a time of 3:26.50 … Posted victories in the 400-meters at the Mountaineer Twilight Meet (49.03), the SRU Last Chance Meet (49.48) and the Westminster Invitational (49.91) … Ran legs for SRU 4x100-meter relay teams that won at the Grove City Invitational (40.98), the John Papa Invite (41.44) and the Dave Labor Invitational (41.95).
2023 (Indoor): Competed at six meets in the 200-meters, 400-meters and as a member of The Rock’s 4x400-meter relay team … Won a PSAC title after running a leg on SRU’s 4x400 team which posted a first-place time of 3:22.63 at league championships … Qualified for the PSAC Championships in the 400-meters, placing fifth with a finals time of 50.49 seconds … Top 400-meter time of the season was 49.58 seconds which came at the SPIRE Indoor Games in a fifth-place finish … Also broke 50 seconds in the 400-meters at the YSU Mid-Major Invitational, placing fifth at 49.82 seconds … Ran the 200-meters twice during the indoor season, finishing 18th in 22.56 seconds at the YSU Mid-Major Invitational and 19th at the YSU Icebreaker with a season-opening time of 22.80 seconds.
