2025 (Outdoor): Competed at six meets primarily in the 200-meters … Qualified for the PSAC Championships, placing 20th with a prelim time of 22.24 seconds … Recorded season-best time of 21.95 seconds as part of a third-place finish at the SRU Last Chance Meet … Opened year at the Weaver Invite by running a leg on The Rock’s first-place 4x400-meter relay team (3:22.07) in addition to taking seventh in the 200-meters in 22.38 seconds ... A PSAC Scholar-Athlete.

2025 (Indoor): Competed at two meets … Opened year by taking part in the 200-meters (22.38 seconds / 12th place) and the 400-meters (50.14 / 14th) in addition to helping The Rock’s 4x400-meter relay team to a second-place showing (3:18.55) at the YSU Icebreaker … Closed indoor season by running a leg on SRU’s 4x400-meter relay team which placed sixth at the Ashland Invitational (3:19.88).

2024 (Outdoor): Competed at six meets primarily in the 200-meters and relays … A USTFCCCA All-Region honoree … Qualified for the PSAC Championships in the 200-meters, placing sixth in the finals with a time of 22.09 seconds after running a season-best time of 22.01 seconds in the prelims … Also won a conference title as a member of The Rock’s first place 4x100-meter relay team (40.67) at the PSAC Championships in addition to adding another all-conference accolade by helping SRU’s 4x400-meter relay team to a third place showing (3:17.26) at the event … Ran the fourth leg on SRU’s 4x100-meter relay team that broke the program record at the Harrison Dillard Twilight with a time of 40.50 seconds … Won the 200-meters (21.93) and helped SRU’s 4x400-meter relay team (3:21.33) to a victory all the while placing fourth in the 100-meters (11.02) at the Westminster Invite … Also landed a 4x100-meter relay victory at the John Papa Invite in 40.98 seconds … A PSAC Scholar-Athlete and USTFCCCA All-Academic honoree.

2024 (Indoor): Competed at six meets in the 200-meters and 400-meters … Qualified for the PSAC Championships in the 400-meters, placing eighth overall (1:51.19) … Opened season by running a season-best 400-meter time of 50.34 seconds at the YSU Icebreaker to place 25th … Top 200-meter time came at the Jud Logan Memorial as part of a 15th-place showing following a time of 22.59 seconds … Ran a leg on The Rock’s 4x400-meter relay team that placed fourth at the Ashland Invitational … Registered a pair of top-five finishes in the 400-meters (51.60 seconds / third) and the 200-meters (22.88 / fourth) at the Mount Union Wuske Open … Helped SRU to a third-place finish in the 4x400-meter relay (3:18.27) at the YSU Mid-Major Invite.
