2012-13 (Indoor): Finished in the top ten in three events at the PSAC Indoor Track & Field Championships and recorded a person best in the 60-meter hurdles (8.45)...recorded a person best mark in the 400-meter at the Kent State Golden Flash Gala. Competed in the BWU Mid-February Meet placing third in the 55-meter hurdles (8.02).
2012 (Outdoor): Recorded an NCAA provisional qualifying mark in the 400-meter hurdles, finishing 29th overall in Division II ... Qualified for the PSAC Championships in both the 110-meter hurdles (4th/14.89) and the 400-meter hurdles (4th/52.85) ... three first place finishes ... ten top-three finishes ... took top honors in the 400-meter hurdles (54.21) at the Slippery Rock Open ... recorded two first place finishes as a member of The Rock's 4x400-meter relay team at the Ed Fry Invitational (3:23.47) and at the Dave Labor Invitational (3:18.99) ... finished second in the 110-meter hurdles at both the Slippery Rock Open (15.28 *personal best mark) and at the Dave Labor Invitational (15.71).
2011-12 (Indoor): Placed seventh in the 60-meter hurdles at the PSAC Championships with a time of 8.70 seconds … also competed at the conference championships for SRU in 4x400-meter relays, leading The Rock to a fourth-place finish in 3:20.00 … was part of SRU’s record-setting 4x400-meter relay team at the Kent State Tune-Up (3:17.94 – third place) … also helped SRU’s 4x400-meter relay team to a win at the Youngstown State Icebreaker (3:20.52) and a fifth-place finish (3:28.24) at the YSU Invite … placed second in the 55-meter hurdles (7.98 seconds) and fourth in the 400-meter dash (52.38 seconds) at the B-W Mid-February Meet.
2010-11 (Outdoor): Earned All-PSAC accolades in the
400-meter hurdles (third place / 52.90) at the PSAC Outdoor Championships … also competed in
4x100-meter relay at the PSAC Championships … placed seventh (55.01) in the 400-meter hurdles at the Coastal Carolina Invite … posted a pair of top-five finishes at the SRU Invite placing third (15.60) in the 110-meter hurdles and fourth (54.95) in the 400-meter hurdles … earned two-more top-10 finishes at the Ed Fry Invite by placing fifth (55.53) in the 400-meter hurdles and sixth (15.71) in the 110-meter hurdles ... ended season with the third fastest time in the 400-meter hurdles in the PSAC ... PSAC-Scholar Athlete.
2010-11 (Indoor): Finished in third place to earn All-PSAC accolades as part of the SRU 4x400-meter relay team at the PSAC Indoor Championships … placed ninth in the 60-meter hurdles at the PSAC Indoor Championships … posted top-15 performances in the 400-meter run (9th / 51.41) and the 55-meter hurdles (11th / 8.06) at the BW Mid-February Meet … recorded a career-best time of 23.20 in the 200-meter dash at the KSU Tune-Up.
2009-10 (Outdoor): Ran in three events at the PSAC Championships … earned All-PSAC recognition after placing third in the 400-meter hurdles with a time of 53.91 … also finished in ninth place in the 110-meter hurdles at the PSAC’s with a time of 15.51 and helped guide The Rock’s 4x100-meter relay team to a fifth place showing (42.50) … won the 400-meter hurdles at the SRU Last Chance meet with time of 54.60.
2009-10 (Indoor): Placed 12th in the 60-meter hurdles at the PSAC Indoor Championships ... earned PSAC Scholar-Athlete honors.
High School: Lettered four times in track and field, three times in basketball and once in football … won two district championships and also qualified for the state finals once.
