2024 (XC): Competed in four events ... Opened the season at the Doug Watts Open with 22nd in 21:15.8 for 6k ... Took 57th at the YSU NCAA Collegiate Inagural Alumni XC Meet in 29:11.5 for 8k ... Ran a season-best 27:59.4 for 8k at the Lehigh Paul Short Run for 351st ... Placed 33rd at the Fighting Scots Invite (8k) in 28:18.5.
2024 (Outdoor): Competed at three meets … Took part in the 5,000-meters on two occasions, running the Carnegie Mellon Invite in 16:43.51 and the Westminster Invitational in 16:48.16 … Also clocked a 4:45.51 time in the 1,500-meters at the Dave Labor Invite.
2023 (XC): Competed in five of The Rock’s six team meets … Season-best 8,000-meter course time of 26:30.7 came at the Lock Haven Invitational “Crimson” race, resulting in a 117th-place showing in a 265-man field … Also took part in the Panther Opener (5K / 16:26.4), the Robert Morris Colonial Invitational (8K / 26:41.96) and the Bill Lennox Invitational (8K / 27:21) …Closed year by running the PSAC Championships in 28:56.6 to place 76th out of 146 runners.
