Career Notes: Holds the school record in the indoor heptathlon

2010-11: Won the heptathlon with 4,699 points at the D2 Team Challenge …  earned All-PSAC honors after recording 4,699 points and winning the PSAC title in the heptathlon at the PSAC Indoor Championships … also placed eighth in the high jump at the PSAC Championships ... named to the USTFCCCA All-Region team.

2009-10: Just missed earning All-American honors after finishing in 10th place in the heptathlon at the NCAA Indoor Championships ... Earned All-PSAC honors after a second-place finish in the heptathlon at the PSAC Indoor Championships ... broke the previous Slippery Rock record with 5,016 points in the heptathlon at the PSAC meet ... finished in second place in the heptathlon at the Bucknell Bison Open ... placed third in the high jump competition at Jim Wuske Invitational.

2008-09: Earned All-PSAC honors during both indoor and outdoor season ... placed third at the PSAC Indoor Championships in the heptathlon with an NCAA Provisional qualifying mark of 4,526 points ... placed third in the decathlon at the PSAC Outdoor Championships ... set personal best of 6,100 points in the decathlon.

2007-08: Placed fourth at the PSAC Indoor Championships in the pentathlon and placed fourth at the PSAC Outdoor Championships in the decathlon.

High School: Lettered four seasons in outdoor track and field ... lettered two seasons in indoor track and field and soccer ... named MVP of both indoor and outdoor teams ... set school record in the indoor high jump and was a member of the school record setting 4x200m and 4x400-meter relays ... earned five Section V titles in the high jump, 4x200m and 4x400m relays, as well as the pentathlon during the outdoor season ... earned first team all-league honors ... also a member of two-time league champion soccer team ... a scholar-athlete.
