2023 (Indoor): Competed at seven meets primarily in the 400-meters … Named to USTFCCCA All-Region Team as a member of The Rock’s Distance Medley Relay Team … Earned All-PSAC honors after helping to lead The Rock’s DMR team to a second-place finish at the conference championships with a school-record time of 10:09.50 (10:01.34 – Oversized/Banked) … Opened year by running a season-best 400-meter time of 52.58 seconds at the YSU Icebreaker … Finished eighth in the 400-meters at the Mount Union Tune-Up after completing the race in 53.49 seconds.

2021 (Outdoor): Competed at five meets in the 400-meters and 800-meters … Qualified for the PSAC Championships in the 400-meters and as a member of The Rock’s 4x400-meter relay team … Placed 11th at the conference championships in the 400-meters with a season-best time of 51.00 seconds … Best 800-meter time of season was 2:03.99 at the IUP Invitational … Helped to lead The Rock’s 4x400-meter relay team to a victory (3:29.83) at the Mountain Cat Last Chance Meet while also placing third in the 400-meters at 51.54 seconds.
2020-21 (XC): Competed in both meets during the abbreviated season … Opened year at the Cal U Invite, finishing 23rd overall in 5:46.0 … Took part in the PSAC Championships, placing 74th overall in a time of 5:32.5.
2019-20 (Indoor): Competed in four meets … Was a key component on three relay teams at the PSAC Championships … Won a conference title as part of The Rock’s distance medley relay team (10:30.09) while also helping to guide SRU to a fifth-place showing in the 4x800-meters (8:10.46) and a sixth-place showing in the 4.400-meters (3:25.74) … Posted a season-best 800-meter time of 1:59.71 at the Doug Raymond National Qualifier … Also broke the 2:00.0 mark in the 800-meters at the YSU Mid-Major Invite with a time of 1:59.84.
2019 (XC): Ran in one race at the Road Runners Invitational, finishing with a time of 31:34.9.
2019 (Outdoor): Competed in eight meets … Set three new PR’s in the 400-meter dash (51.75 seconds), 800-meter dash (2:01.17), and 1,500-meter run (4:27.68) … Recorded three top-ten finishes (one being top-five) … Compiled a top-ten finish as part of the 4x800-meter relay team at the PSAC Outdoor Championships.
2018 (XC): Took part in two races, competing at the Doug Watts Invitational and the LHU Invitational … Clocked a time of 28:54.4 to place 46th of 64 runners at the Watts Invitational.
