2025 (Outdoor): Competed at eight meets … A USTFCCCA All-Region honoree in both the 200-meters and the 4x100-meter relay … Won a conference title as a member of The Rock’s PSAC champion 4x100-meter relay team that set a school record in the finals with a time of 40.46 seconds … Grabbed All-PSAC honors in the 200-meters by placing second in the finals at 21.19 seconds … Also qualified for the PSAC Championships in the 100-meters, finishing fifth in the finals in 10.66 seconds … Compiled 22 total points for SRU at the conference championships … Ran season-best times in both the 100-meters (10.42) and the 200-meters (20.89) during the prelim portion of the PSAC Championships … 200-meter prelim time broke a school record ... Opened year by running legs on The Rock’s winning 4x100 (41.78) and 4x400 (3:39.69) relay teams at the Ed Fry Invitational … Also part of winning 4x100-meter relay teams at the John Papa Invitational (41.06) and the Bison Outdoor Classic (41.07) in addition to individual 200-meter wins at the SRU Last Chance Meet (21.39) and the Ashland Alumni Open (21.43) … Took second in the 100-meters at both the Ashland Alumni Open (10.64) and the Dave Labor Invite … Named to USTFCCCA All-Academic Team ... 2025 (Indoor): Competed at six meets primarily in the 60-meters and 200-meters … Qualified for the PSAC Championships in both events, placing third in the 200-meters (22.27 seconds) and fifth in the 60-meters (6.92 seconds) … Also helped The Rock’s 4x400-meter relay team to a third-place finish at the conference championships (3:22.80) … Compiled 16 points for SRU at the conference championships while earning All-PSAC accolades in the 200-meters and as part of The Rock’s 4x400-meter relay team … Posted season-best times in both the 60-meters (6.84) and the 200-meters (22.01) in the prelims of both events at the PSAC Championships … Won the 200-meters (22.61) and placed second in the 60-meters (6.98) at the Wuske Invite … Totaled three top-10 showings at the SPIRE Indoor Games, finishing fourth in the 200-meters (22.07) and sixth in the 60-meters (7.04) as well as running a leg on The Rock’s first-place 4x400-meter relay team (3:17.77) … Took second place in the 60-meters at the Mount Union Tune-Up after clocking a time of 6.99 seconds in final preparations for PSAC Championships.

2024 (Outdoor): Competed at nine meets in the 100-meters and 200-meters … A USTFCCCA All-Region performer in both events as well as the 4x100-meter relay … Won a conference title as a member of The Rock’s first-place 4x100-meter relay team at the PSAC Championships … Also qualified for the PSAC Championships in the 100-meters and 200-meters, placing eighth in the finals of both events … Ran the second leg on SRU’s 4x100-meter relay team that broke the program record at the Harrison Dillard Twilight with a time of 40.50 seconds … Ran a season-best 200-meter time of 21.13 seconds as part of a victory at the John Papa Invite while personal-best 100-meter time of 10.46 seconds came in a victory at the Dave Labor Invitational … Earned a pair of wins at the Dr. Toms Alumni Invitational in both the 100-meters (10.76) and the 200-meters (21.37)  as well in aiding SRU’s 4x400-meter relay team to a victory (3:19.39) … Also won the 100-meters at the Westminster Invitational (10.59) and the 200-meters at the Dave Labor Invite (21.24) … Named the PSAC Track Athlete of the Week on one occasion … A PSAC Scholar-Athlete and USTFCCCA All-Academic honoree.

2024 (Indoor): Competed at seven meets in the 60-meters and 200-meters … A USTFCCCA All-Atlantic Region performer in the 200-meters … Qualified for the PSAC Championships in both events, winning a conference title in the 200-meters (21.94 seconds) and taking fifth in the 60-meters (6.90) … Opened year by placing third in the 200-meters (21.70) and eighth in the 60-meters (6.90) at the YSU Icebreaker … Won the 200-meters at the Jud Logan Memorial following a season-best run of 21.78 seconds all the while taking seventh in the 60-meters (6.93) and helping The Rock’s 4x400-meter relay team to a second-place showing (3:19.36) … Produced a season-best 60-meter time of 6.89 seconds while completing the 200-meters in 21.83 seconds in a pair of second-place finishes at the Ashland Invitational … Earned a 60-meter victory at the Mount Union Wuske Open (7.03) … In final preparation for the PSAC Championships, ran the 200-meters at the SPIRE Indoor Games in 21.99 seconds to finish fifth … Named the PSAC Track Athlete of the Week once.

2023 (Outdoor): Competed at eight meets … Earned USTFCCCA All-Region honors three times (100m, 200m, 4x100m) … Was named the Most Outstanding Track Athlete of the PSAC Outdoor Championships after winning individual conference titles in the 100-meters (10.54) and 200-meters (21.25) as well as running a leg on The Rock’s conference champion 4x100-meter relay team … Set a Slippery Rock and PSAC record by running the 200-meter prelim race at the conference championships in 20.97 seconds … Won six of seven 200-meter races entered on the year at the SRU Last Chance Meet (21.45), the Mountaineer Twilight Meet (21.67), the Grove City Invitational (21.70), the Dave Labor Invitational (21.81) and the Myrtle Beach Collegiate Challenge (21.94) in addition to performance at the PSAC Championships … Ran legs for SRU 4x100-meter relay teams that won at the Grove City Invitational (40.98), the Mountaineer Twilight Meet (41.39), the John Papa Invite (41.44) and the Dave Labor Invitational (41.95).

2023 (Indoor): Competed at seven meets … USTFCCCA All-Region performer in both the 200-meters and the high jump … Named the Most Outstanding Athlete at the PSAC Championships after winning the 200-meters in a school-record time of 21.82 seconds (21.44 oversized/banked) and leading SRU’s 4x400-meter relay team to league title at 3:22.63 in addition to earning All-PSAC honors in the high jump with a mark of 1.98 meters … Season-best high jump mark of 2.07 meters came at SPIRE Indoor Games, resulting in a second-place finish … Also placed sixth in the 200-meters (22.13 seconds) and second as part of The Rock’s 4x400-meter relay team at SPIRE … Posted a season-low time of 6.97 seconds in the prelims of the 60-meters at the Mount Union Tune-Up before clocking a 6.99 second time in the finals to take fourth … Compiled top-five finishes in both the high jump (second / 1.99 meters) and the 200-meters (fifth / 22.08 seconds) at the YSU Invitational … Captured three more top-10 showings at the YSU Mid-Major Invitational, finishing third in the high jump (1.94 meters), seventh in the 200-meters (22.15 seconds) and ninth in the 60-meters (7.01 seconds).

2022 (Outdoor): Named the PSAC Freshman of the Year … A USTFCCCA All-Region honoree in the high jump … Competed at nine meets … Won the PSAC high jump title with a clearance of 2.02 meters at the league championships … Also earned All-PSAC honors in both the 100-meters (10.82) and the 200-meters (21.72) after finishing in second place in both events at the conference championships … Ran season-best times in the prelims of both the 100-meters (10.80) and the 200-meters (21.61) at the PSAC Championships … Top high jump clearance of season was 2.05 meters in a second-place finish at the Dave Labor Invitational … Also earned victories at the Dave Labor Invitational in the 100-meters (10.97) and as part of SRU’s 4x100-meter relay team … Won the 100-meters at the LHU Qualifier with a time of 10.90 seconds … Posted victories at the Red Flash Open in the 100-meters (10.98), the 200-meters (21.79) and the high jump (1.95m) … Also won the 200-meters at the SRU Open in 21.83 seconds while placing eighth in the high jump at the Bison Classic following a clearance of 1.99 meters.

2022 (Indoor): Competed at five meets … A USTFCCCA All-Region honoree in the high jump … Earned All-PSAC honors after placing third in the high jump at the conference meet with a season-high mark of 2.02 meters … Won the high jump at the YSU Invitational following a mark of 2.01 meters … Also hit 2.00 meters at the Doug Raymond Qualifier on the way to a fourth-place finish … Opened year with a mark of 1.95 meters to place fifth at the YSU Icebreaker all the while winning the 60-meters (7.01) and placing sixth in the 200-meters at 22.00 seconds … Also won the high jump at the Al Hall Freedom Games (1.90m) to go with second-place showings in both the 60-meters (7.00) and the 200-meters (22.05).
