2026 (Outdoor): Competed at five meets primarily in the 400-meters … Qualified for the PSAC Championships, advancing to the finals and placing eighth at 50.09 seconds … Posted a season-best 400-meter time of 49.40 seconds in the prelims at the conference championships … Also broke 50 seconds in the 400-meters at the Bison Classic (49.58) and the Jack Toms Invite (49.66) … Opened outdoor season by completing the 100-meters in 11.56 seconds and the 200-meters in 22.72 seconds at the Vulcan Early Bird Meet.

2026 (Indoor): Competed at three meets … Ran in a pair of relays at the PSAC Championships, helping The Rock’s 4x400-meter relay team to a fifth-place finish (3:23.02) and their Distance Medley Relay Team to a sixth-place showing (10:37.54) … Placed fifth in the 400-meters at the Ashland Last Chance Meet after clocking a season-best time of 50.68 seconds.

2025 (Outdoor): Competed at eight meets primarily in the 400-meters … Qualified for the PSAC Championships, placing 15th with a time of 50.02 seconds in the prelims … Also ran a leg on The Rock’s 4x400-meter relay team that place fourth at the conference championships in 3:16.06 to earn five points … Season-best 400-meter time of 49.31 seconds resulted in a win at the John Papa Invitational in addition to helping SRU’s 4x400-meter relay team to another victory at the event (3:18.59) … Claimed another 400-meter win (49.63) and 4x400-meter victory (3:22.07) at the Weaver Invite … Also broke 50 seconds at the Ashland Alumni Open (49.58 / eighth) and the Bison Outdoor Classic (49.88 / 33rd) ... A PSAC Scholar-Athlete.

2025 (Indoor): Competed at six meets primarily in the 400-meters … Qualified for the PSAC Championships, placing 13th with a time of 51.05 seconds in the prelims … Earned All-PSAC honors while helping The Rock earn six points after running a leg on SRU’s 4x400-meteer relay team that placed third at the conference championships (3:22.80) … Season-best 400-meter time of 49.93 seconds came as part of a 10th-place finish at the Ashland Invitational … Helped SRU capture a 4x400-meter relay victory at the SPIRE Indoor Games (3:17.77) in addition to taking sixth in the 400-meters after completing a 50.11-second race.

2024 (Outdoor): Competed at six meets primarily in the 400-meters … Earned All-PSAC honors after helping The Rock’s 4x400-meter relay team to a third-place finish at the conference championships (3:17.26) … Also qualified for the PSAC Championships in the 400-meters, placing eighth after running a season-best time of 49.72 seconds … Broke 50 seconds in the 400-meters one other time during season at the John Papa Invite (49.73) as part of a third-place showing … Posted a pair of wins at the Westminster Invitational in the 400-meters (50.49) and as a member of SRU’s 4x400-meter relay team (3:21.33) … Produced four top-10 finishes at the Dave Labor Invitational, placing third in the 400-meters (50.64) and eighth in the 100-meters (11:15) to go with relay finishes in the 4x100 (third / 43.37) and the 4x400 (sixth / 3:33.38).

2024 (Indoor): Competed at four meets, primarily in the 400-meters … Ran a leg on The Rock’s 4x400-meter relay team which placed fourth at the PSAC Championships with a time of 3:26.33 … Top 400-meter time of the season of 50.56 seconds came as part of a 17th-place finish at the SPIRE Indoor Games … Also recorded top-20 finishes in the 400-meters at YSU Mid-Major Invite (50.86 seconds / 16th place) and the Mount Union Wuske Open (53.09 / 12th) … Took part in the 60-meters at two meets with top time of 7.32 seconds coming at YSU.
