2019 (Indoor): Placed first as a member of The Rock’s 4x400 team at the Youngstown State Mid-Major Invite with a time of 3:19.32 … Ran a career-best of 50.09 seconds in the 400-meters at the Youngstown State Icebreaker … Placed third in the 60-meters (7.09), 200-meters (22.82), and 4x400 (3:30.44) at the Al Hall Freedom games.

2018 (Outdoor): Competed in two meets … Helped the 4x400-meter relay team earn second place with a time of 3:48.84 at the SRU Open … Aided The Rock in a fourth place finish in the 4x400-meter relay with a time of 3:24.25 at the Westminster Invite.

2017 (Outdoor): Competed in ten meets ... Recorded a season-best time of 51.33 in the 400m to place third in the PSAC West Meet ...
