Career Notes: Is the SRU record holder in the Heptathlon.

2014 (Outdoor) : Qualified for the PSAC Championships in the 4x1, 4x4, high jump, and the 100m...at PSAC he helped SRU place 4th in the 4x1 (42.09) and 5th in the 4x4 (3:18.84) he earned an 11th place finish in the high jump (1.89) and a 9th place finish in the 100m (11.05).

2013-14 (Indoor) : Earned All American and broke the SRU record in the heptathlon...qualified for Nationals in the heptathlon finishing 8th (5021pts) ...qualified for the PSAC Championships in the heptathlon where he finished with an NCAA DII Provisional time and placed 1st (4976) he got 1st in the 60m (7.08) 3rd in the long jump (6.49m), 1st in the high jump (1.94m) and 2nd in the pole vault (4.45m)...at the PSAC Championships he also qualifed for the 60m where he placed 8th (7.26).

2013 (Outdoor) : Qualified for the PSAC Championships in the 100-meter and helped 4X1 team place 1st(40.92) ... competed in the SRU Last Chance meet and took 1st in the 4X1(41.59) and finshed 4th in the 100-meter(11.00) ... took 8th in the 100-meter(11.45) at the SRU Invitational

2012-13 (Indoor): Qualified for the PSAC Championships in nine events...8 top ten finishes among those events...placed first in the 60-meter run with a personal best time of 7.02...recorded a person best 6.50 meters in the long jump, placing second at the PSAC...Competed in the NCAA D-II Team Challenge placing first in the long jump (6.27m) and the 60-meter run (7.23).

2012 (Outdoor): Qualified for the PSAC Championships in the decathlon finishing ninth with 5,837 points ... placed eighth in the long jump with a distance of 6.16 meters at the W&J Invitational.

2011-12 (Indoor): Earned All-PSAC honors at the conference championships after placing second in the heptathlon with 4,700 points … compiled 3,735 points to place sixth in the heptathlon at the D-II Multi Event Challenge … began season by placing seventh in the high jump with a mark of 1.85 meters ... earned USTFCCCA All-Region honors.

2010-11 (Outdoor): Qualified for the PSAC Championships in the high jump and placed eighth at 1.92 meters … came in seventh place in the high jump with a distance of 1.90 meters at the Ashland Alumni Open … placed ninth in the high jump (1.75m) at the Bill Van Horne Invitational … recorded the ninth-best high jump in the PSAC during the outdoor season.

2010-11 (Indoor): Tallied 3,560 points and placed 11th in the heptathlon at the D2 Team Challenge … placed fifth in the high jump at the BW Mid-February Meet after a clearance of 1.83 … also finished in fifth place at the BW Mid-February Meet in the 55-meter dash (6.89) … compiled 4,123 points in the heptathlon at the PSAC Indoor Championships to place 13th … also placed eighth in the high jump at the PSAC Indoor Championships (1.86 meters).

High School: Lettered four times in track and football ... also lettered twice in basketball ... won the WPIAL championship in the high jump in 2009 ... also placed second at the WPIAL championships in the high jump in 2008 and 2010 ... posted fourth and sixth place finishes in the high jump at the PIAA championships in 2010 and 2009 respectively ... was also an all-conference football player at Jefferson-Morgan High School.
