Biography
Personal: Son of Amanda Lurz and Michael Lowman … Majoring in business.
2026 (Outdoor): Competed at five meets in the 400-meter hurdles … Qualified for the PSAC Championships, placing 17th after running prelim race in 57.69 seconds … Also ran a leg on The Rock’s 4x400-meter relay team that placed fourth at the conference championships (3:17.64) … Top time during outdoor season of 56.96 seconds came as part of a fifth-place finish at the Ashland Alumni Open … Also broke 58 seconds at the John Papa Invite, finishing fourth in 57.70 seconds.
2026 (Indoor): Competed at one meet, finishing the 800-meters at the Wuske Open in 2:06.16 to place 15th in the event while also running a leg on The Rock’s 4x400-meter relay team at the event (second / 3:40.82).
2025 (XC): Competed in four meets as a freshman … Began collegiate career by running the 6,000-meter course at the Doug Watts Open in 21:22.3, placing 52nd out of 118 runners … Closed rookie year by posting consecutive better 8,000-meter course race times at the Allegheny Classic (29:23.6), the LHU Open White Race (28:44.7) and the CMU Invitational (27:54.4) … Served as SRU’s fourth finisher at LHU.
High School: Lettered three times in both cross country and track & field at North Allegheny Senior High School.
