2017 (Outdoor): Competed in eight meets ... Placed sixth in the 400m (52.27), third in the 1500m (4:33.85), tenth in the High Jump (1.65m), tenth in the 100m (11.82w), fifth in the Pole Vault (3.65m), 11th in the Long Jump (5.72m), seventh in the Javelin Throw (40.72m), first in the Discus Throw (32.16m), first in the Shot Put (12.79m), and seventh in the 110H (17.02) to culminate in a fifth place finish in the Decathlon (5909) at the PSAC Championships.
2016-17 (Indoor): Competed in five meets ... Placed sixth in the Long Jump (5.84m), third in the 1000m (2:53.46), first in the Shot Put (11.81m), ninth in the 60m (7.69), seventh in the High Jump (1.61m), and seventh in the Pole Vault (3.34m) to culminate in a seventh place finish in the Heptathlon (3443) at the PSAC Championships.
2016 (Outdoor): Competed in nine meets ... Placed seventh in the decathlon at the PSAC Championships with 5,809 points, taking first in the shot put (11.76m) and 1,500-meter run (4:33.56) … Was second at the Liberty Invite with 5,474 points, winning the 1,500m (4:47.39) ... Hit personal-records in nine events.
2015-16 (Indoor): Won the 60-meter hurdles at the Edinboro Invitational (9.29) … Also placed second in the 400-meter dash (52.30) and fifth in the 200-meter dash (24.15).
2015 (Outdoor): Earned a career best in 110-meter hurdles with a time of 18.72 ... Placed fourth in shot put at the PSAC Championships with a mark of 11.89.
2014 (Outdoor): Competed in one meet ... Placed 24th in the 100m (19.29), 21st in the long jump, and 37th in the javelin (33.71).
High School: Played football, basketball, and track at Seneca Valley High.
